I was really trying to give this location a chance. For a while it got better, but today I tried getting a donut before work and there was a long line with only one barista working. She was doing her best but in the morning I need to get to work so I left. I tried coming back on my break but there was just a note on the counter and no one around. Is it just one person working there now? The hours are already so limited whenever I try to stop by they’re closed. Ended up going across the street to the other coffee shop. Get it together Top Pot.

When in Seattle and are needing a coffee and a doughnut (or two), Top Pot is the place to go. Been there several times and always had a great coffee and doughnuts. Staff was helpful and polite, but the seem to have an attitude at times. Besides that I highly recommend this place.

Donuts at this place were amazing. Lots of variety and everything is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend as a coffee / breakfast spot.
It was a nice place for donuts and coffee but is closed, I guess permanently 3rd. & Columbia
Friendly doughnut shop at about $2 each for good-quality doughnuts. Double dip chocolate cake doughnut and glazed cinnamon twist were among the best.Already made my second visit and quality and friendliness remained.Five star place; I removed one star because the seasonal, “gourmet” options weren’t available, largely due to supply chain issues (for key ingredients) I’m told.
Great donuts, terrible service. Went in this morning 11/22/22 on Capitol Hill and was serviced by two ladies one with short brown hair one with blonde hair. The lady with the brown hair was talking to me like I was remedial when answering questions. The lady with the blonde hair who was making beverages told me I could not have caramel on the top of my frappe even though I already payed for extra caramel, furthermore she refused me to whip cream because it takes ten minutes to make (Which it doesn’t). I have never had to scratch a tip off my receipt until today after spending 40 dollars at this establishment.
I bring my dates here when I want to impress with a good time. They have an ahhhmazinggg photo wall by the checkout. A big window downstairs to people watch. A wall of old books to read. And a quiet library-esq upstairs to GET. S#!T. DONE. Go! ??♀️
Mmmm...doughnuts

Denied customer service because she’s wearing a mask, horrible.
Delicious doughnuts and very kind staff! Such a fun place!

Pretty basic donut shop. The pastries are made at an off-site location.
Horrible customer service, was treated like 3rd rate civilian and refused service because of a snowflake who thought I didn’t have rights. (No mask no service)… this place is trash and if you value your basic freedoms as an American I would suggest never using this company. P.S Republicans are not welcome! Next to Ferry in Edmond
