Really cool little Donut shop with excellent donuts and coffee. Pretty neat to see that Obama also visited - little history with a sweet treat!

Wonderful little coffee and donut shop right across from Seattle’s Waterfront Park! They have great coffee, an incredible assortment of donuts and pastries, outlets for charging your phone, public restrooms, and great air-conditioning for the warmer summer Seattle days. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s a lovely stop on your walk around the city!

Delicious donuts and very friendly staff! Almond latte (not pictured) was great as were the donuts.

I didn’t love the coffee—it was a bit too acidic for my taste, but that’s just personal preference.

That said, the donuts were absolutely amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth stopping in for. I’d come back just for those.

Very helpful staff, the maple bars were great.

Asked for 16oz cold brew without ice. They give me some attitude about how it's the same amount of coffee whether they put ice in it or not... Fine I just asked for no ice anyway. Then they give me the cup, it's not even filled halfway. 8, maybe 10oz at best. Maybe they were being truthful, and anyone who orders cold brew there is getting shortchanged. Maybe they decided to treat me special.

Excellent Donuts! We had the maple and chocolate (bar) long johns. Very puffy dough and great taste with the frosting. Easy to get to location from the water front.

Disappointing Experience at Top Pot

I had high hopes for Top Pot and was genuinely excited to grab breakfast here before catching the ferry. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.

The donuts, which I anticipated would be a highlight, were underwhelming—more reminiscent of supermarket quality than a specialty shop. The chocolate glaze tasted off, and the dough was heavy and lacked the soft, chewy texture I was hoping for.

To add to the disappointment, I asked the staff if they had donuts with chocolate filling, as I’d seen something that looked promising in the display. I was told they only offered three flavors for filled donuts: Bavarian cream, lemon, and raspberry. However, as I was leaving the store, I noticed donuts labeled with chocolate filling still sitting on the shelf!

The miscommunication and lackluster quality left me unimpressed. Unfortunately, this was not the indulgent treat I’d hoped for.
Ps: They don’t have a recycling bin, which is surprising considering how important recycling is in today’s world. It’s especially unexpected in a city like Seattle, where recycling is widely practiced and encouraged everywhere.

Great donuts, great music, been twice now 15 years apart, only issue is Bismarck is still misspelled. Everyone misses the "c".
Otto von Bismarck
German battleship Bismarck
Capitol City of North Dakota: Bismarck
I'll be back again next time and see if it spelled right. Still delicious, I had the raspberry filled one.

Normal businesses accept cash. It's not crazy to not, but it is kinda crazy to insist on not accepting cash when the system is down. Seems to me it'd be worth accepting cash for an hour or so, so you can have sales... at all.

Surprisingly, Seattle known as the coffee city has very limited options on a Sunday morning at 7:30 beside the ferry terminal and train station.

This was the only place open and appeared to have some amazing donuts however with one person working and most people ordering drinks from the bar, I didn’t have the time to wait.

The coffee was flavourful and robust, I just felt for the poor lady working solo at the counter

Excellent donuts which are made with good ingredients, not chemicals
