Got the chocolate sprinkle doughnut and it was so delicious! There was a great variety of doughnuts to choose from and the person behind the counter was super friendly.

This is the perfect plain glazed donut. When the craving comes for a classic donut/coffee combo, this is the spot!

I’m disappointed that this establishment does not deal in U.S. Currency! No cash! So I’m compiling a list of businesses that do not take cash and we are choosing not to give them any business in the future.

Top Pot Donuts never disappoints! Their donuts are nothing short of perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. Whether you're craving a classic glazed or something more unique, every bite is pure heaven.

The service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making you feel right at home. From the warm atmosphere to the top-notch customer care, it's clear they take pride in everything they do.

Top Pot is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in the best donuts around. I can't recommend them enough.

I walk in at 11AM. The store opens at 7AM, but there are no doughnuts except for cake doughnuts. There were three people standing behind the counter. It was not busy.
They could be making doughnuts, but for one reason or another they are not. There 6 more hours before closing at 5pm, and all they have is cake doughnuts to sell while standing around. Pretty embarrassing. Not to mention the pride flag. Makes the experience all the worse. Explains why they aren't doing their job. I don't know anyone who works for a living, worries about hanging up a rainbow flag.

I like this place - what's not to like about a decent donut shop? However, the frosting is too sweet. That means you really can't try multiple donuts or eat more than 3/4 or so of one. This holds true across all their branches.

Great staff, not a fan of how these donuts sit. Tasty but you pay for it.

Stale doughnuts taste like 4 days old. They ask for a 25 percent tip for buying at the counter!
I have been in to Top Pot 3 times in the last year. Each time the expensive doughnuts taste stale and like there is too much bitter baking powder in the doughnuts. At $3 for each doughnut, Top Pot could do better. I know the doughnuts are not made at the Ballard site, but, now the doughnuts taste even more stale than before. Maybe 4 days old?
I do not like being asked for a tip on a credit card charge for buying doughnuts at the counter. There is no table service or any service. The counter person puts the doughnut in a bag. Should I have to tip 25 percent for that? It makes me uncomfortable and I walk out feeling guilty for not tipping more. Maybe Top Pot should pay their employees more!

I love all my Top Pots, but this one is my favorite. The team there always makes a random connection with me and seems to like their jobs (this is always a plus). Overall, the seasonal donuts are fun, but they also keep my standbys. If you want to go smaller (or hate giving donuts to people who say "I'll just take half of one" - try their Pot Holes (apropos for Seattle)! Get there before 10am if you want your favorites. Coffee - solid donut shop coffee.

Parking: I can usually find street parking, but you may walk a block or so.

Kid-friendliness: A great low-cost treat for kids - their displays always light up their eyes!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in/out for wheelchairs. Counter is a bit high, but the staff is very helpful.
