When I pay a premium price, $4.19 for one doughnut. I expect a premium product, not this. This has been my experience here for years finally leaving a review. You guys used to justify the price with a consistently good product. What happened?

I just order doughnuts ahead and pick them up here. It's great for that.

I really wanted to like the apple fritter I picked up from Top Pot this Friday, December 19, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing especially considering the price and the number of great donut options we have nearby.
If you’re looking for a truly good apple fritter, I’d recommend taking your hard-earned money to Dough Joy on Market Street instead. They’re about the same price, twice the size, and hands down one of the best apple fritters I’ve had anywhere. Top Pot is conveniently right around the corner from me, but in my opinion, the apple fritter was on par with what you could grab at Safeway. Just being honest and sharing my experience for anyone trying to decide where to go.

My favorite Seattle-based doughnut chain. Their cake and fried doughnuts are all delicious.

The coffee was fine, but the service left much to be desired. I felt rushed while placing my order, and the staff seemed visibly irritated throughout the interaction. Basic courtesies—like acknowledging “please” and “thank you”—were noticeably absent, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. To add to that, there was no creamer available, even though I specifically asked for it at the time of placing the order.

I love the atmosphere at the Ballard location. The workers are always so friendly and fun to talk to. The store is always immaculately clean and organized. The doughnuts and coffee are definitely the best in Seattle. It’s a win win-great service, drinks, and doughnuts. It’s refreshing to come into a store where they actually want your business and they work to keep you coming back. Well done!

Got the chocolate sprinkle doughnut and it was so delicious! There was a great variety of doughnuts to choose from and the person behind the counter was super friendly.

I’m disappointed that this establishment does not deal in U.S. Currency! No cash! So I’m compiling a list of businesses that do not take cash and we are choosing not to give them any business in the future.

Top Pot Donuts never disappoints! Their donuts are nothing short of perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. Whether you're craving a classic glazed or something more unique, every bite is pure heaven.

The service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making you feel right at home. From the warm atmosphere to the top-notch customer care, it's clear they take pride in everything they do.

Top Pot is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in the best donuts around. I can't recommend them enough.
