We arrived on time with a reservation for 7. They sat us in a booth set for 6. 6 would have been tight, but 7 was a struggle. I sat on the end hanging cheek most of the time while the rest of my party was crammed together, knees and feet touching in the booth. It took me asking 20 min later to get a 7th glass of water.
I had the jambalaya, it was very good but in not sure they cut the ends on the prosciutto wrapped asparagus. The steaks that my friends ordered medium rare were nearly raw on the thick end. And the butter wasn't running when they were delivered to the table.
The food was pretty good but the service was slow. If the prices weren't so high this would be a good restaurant. Maybe smaller parties have a better experience but mine wasn't great. The menu is gigantic so preview. Good luck.

Wife and I went here for our birthday dinner on a Saturday night. We had reservations at 6:30 so upon arrival we were seated promptly. The menu here is vast so prepare yourself. I had never tried oven roasted oysters before so I immediately ordered 4 of the Venezia oven roasted oysters. For entrees my wife ordered the Snake River Farms Wagyu Baseball Cut Sirloin and added the Fried Green Tomatoes with Tarragon Ravigote. I tried the Toulouse Seafood Gumbo with added Dungeness crab and scallop coins. First off, kudos to the kitchen for getting our food out so fast. The Venezia oysters were DELICIOUS, very sweet tasting with all the different toppings. I think I've discovered my new favorite way of devouring oysters. My wife's steak was juicy and tender, cooked exactly medium well as she requested; pairing well also with the chimichuru side sauce that came with it. The Fried green tomatoes were a nice addition, crispy and nicely cooked. My seafood gumbo was simply delicious, packed fulled of seafood and house made andouille sausage. It was a very flavorful and filling dish although the roux was not as thick as I'm accustomed to having, nevertheless the dish was very satisfying. For dessert we sampled the buttermilk beignets with vanilla ice cream. The beignets were very tasty, we could definitely taste the buttermilk component to them. Along with the vanilla ice cream it was the perfect ending to a very delightful meal (and the restaurant discounted the dessert because it was our birthdays). I highly recommend this establishment for any special dining occasion.

We were quite late for our reservation and yet they honored our request for a table with a bit of adjustment. We also needed to have our food come out right away in order to be on time for a play in the area. They made it happen and we were to the theater with time to spare. Thanks so much for making what could have been a hard night a wonderful evening!
We love this restaurant with its absolutely lovely and attentive waitstaff and delicious food!
My scallop dish was very tasty—lightly seasoned scallops with unusual risotto mixture. Ambience is cozy and decorative. Servicer was friendly and attentive to my need for gluten free food. She was slow to bring us the check, even though we indicated we had a time deadline. A great place to dine before a Seattle Rep production.
The price for what you get is high. Overall the experience was good but will think twice before I go back.
Dined at Toulouse for lunch, and the food was overall quite good. My husband had the steak sandwich, and I the jambalaya. Both excellent—pleasantly surprised by the portions, which were just right. Dessert, we shared the bread pudding (also excellent) and the beignets (slightly overdone). Our server was friendly, quick and efficient! Another server, not so much. While we had lunch, a server spilled a tray of drinks right next to our table, some of which sprayed our jackets. She didn't apologize, didn't offer to help clean up our clothes, didn't even offer any extra napkins, her focus was on cleaning up the floor and getting her drinks replaced. It was bizarre and disappointing. Fortunately our (fantastic) server did help, extra napkins and everything. So, overall, definitely coming back! Maybe won't sit in the splash zone. ;)
Great server. made me the perfect cocktail, after described what I liked. attentive as needed.

From the moment we got to our table Stephon was right there to show us where we could hang our purses. We didn't know what to order to drink and he surprised us and was spot on! He was an experience and we will request him for any outings we have at Toulouse! Amazing service
I really enjoyed the food and the overall dining experience. The atmosphere is amazing as well.
Great waiter, friendly and helpful and professional. Excellent food, very yummy - although hard to choose from an extensive menu! Ambience wonderful. All in all, a great dinner!
Wonderful Sunday brunch. Menu is extensive and interesting. Food was tasty and service terrific. Very full and lively. Feels likeNewOrleans..fun!
We love this restaurant. The food is amazing, full of flavors but not too bold. And the ambiance is so unique. Feels like being in the French quarter. I highly recommend a night out here.
