Called on Monday the 15th to make a reservation for Saturday the 20th. They took my info and didn't make my reservation. Worse customer service ever

I want to love you Toulouse! And I do for some things. But the food quality has come down. I don't want potatoes that were cooked and sat in a hotel pan under a light. I want fresh hot potato's, especially for the price!

I never leave reviews, but I was visiting town and the bartenders Heaven and Stefan made my entire trip with their hospitality. There aren't words for how great my bone-in steak was, as it was the best I've had in a longgg time.. and I eat a lot of steaks. But not only was the food amazing.. the service and hospitality was bar none, and top-notch. Felt like I was right at home, and they were very welcoming for being "west-coasters" ;)Thank you again guys, can't wait to come back!

It was an excellent meal. Among the best French restaurants we’ve been to in Seattle. We originally only had reserved high top seating but the host was kind enough to give us a quieter table by the window. The atmosphere is great too.

This place nails Louisiana cuisine! Whenever I swing by, I can't resist grabbing some beignets—it's my go-to for cheat days! The food here is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. It's like a chef's kiss :)

living wage surcharge

Saravanan Setty

I didn't appreciate the fact that they have a forced 5% living wage + default tip of 20% added without you having any say even for a party of two.

Told us on the phone we couldn't reserve and put us on a wait-list once we arrived they had no recollection of our conversation.

Updated to 1 star because I’m appalled to see them adopt the dishonest practice of a hidden “living wage” surcharge instead of being honest about their prices on the menu.Delicious Creole/southern/Frenchie food (y'know, like jambalya). The vibe is bustling. Often has a line of people waiting to get in, and it's because it's really delicious and not because their entrance doorway is tiny.

Consider this fine dine. So assume cost will be higher than normal.Tried a few stuffDrinks- Loved the old fashioned with walnut bitters.Food:- tried the Tuscan style chicken without the Tasso. felt light on quantity.- sinister pawns starters were good and had decent quantity.- yellow beets was interesting. Unique dish and I loved it since I've never had something like this.the beets are on the sweeter side.
