What a terrible way to start the morning. I come here every day for coffee, but today when I walked in, the cashier was busy with her own tasks and didn’t even acknowledge me. Even if you’re busy, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. When she finally came to the counter to take my order, she acted as though she was doing me a favor. No greeting—just a curt “What do you want?” This was the worst customer experience I’ve had here.

The berry sweet cake at Tous Les Jours is hands down one of the best cakes in Seattle. A definite try for cakes while in the area. The presentation and taste both are a complete standout.
