Great vegetarian sandwiches!

Man where do I even start. So this store is really warm. Like borderline hot. I walked by the thermostat and it read 78 degrees. Which I found a bit odd.

The store it self looks really chaotic. There are random things everywhere and very crowded for a small bodega. You would think they would have things organized but it is just jammed pack in every corner. Working fridge and non working fridge. Food and beverages stacked in every corner where you would think it wouldn't be. It looked like a hoarder was hoarding things.

I came here to grab a bite to eat so I ordered a sandwich. The cashier was really quiet and I couldn't really hear him. I saw that an older lady was making the food and so I just glanced over and the lady making my food had one glove on and one glove off. Touched her hair with the bare hand and then went back to making my sandwich again. I immediately canceled my order and told them I changed my mind. Not very sanitary or hygienic. Not sure if they would pass the food inspection test.

Overall, I would definitely not come back here to eat. Not sure if the heat of the store would spoil any of the ingredients and definitely the lady making the food would make it a food hazard.

Great place for your daily lunch sandwich. Good value, friendly & attentive customer service, and I got a bonus pickle with my sammy. Will be going back soon.

We love tower 12 deli! We live across the street and frequent this shop often for their phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and delicious deli sandwiches. They also have a great selection of pantry basics, wine beer and sake, and emergency hardware supplies.

I have always experienced great customer service... the few people complaining seem to forget they are in a downtown bodega and not a michelin restaurant.

We ordered 4 sandwiches here and were so deeply unsatisfied with the experience that I am writing a review OF A DELI. Being from NYC we know the wide variety of deli experiences… which often are simple and unflattering, but necessary staples. At home we are quite used to gruff and inattentive service — it’s often par for the course. and I could not imagine writing a review about any of those experiences. The person we encountered at this place (who I assume was the owner) far-surpassed the most disinterested and rude NYC deli employees we have ever experienced — in fact she bordered on sociopathic. There is no need to delve into the details, but I just wanted to leave this review as fair warning to anyone expecting a normal, impassive, if not disaffecting deli experience. This place is cursed!

I love this place. However if you open until 9pm you should not lock your doors at 8:50pm. The people in Seattle have very ver places to go after dark. If you advertise a time. You need to be open until said time. Other than that, this place is great.

We went for a drink here, and were greeted rather coldly from the get go. We knew it was not gonna be a pleasant conversation there on. When I tried making small talk by asking her where she bought her coffee beans from, she declined to answer, which was fine, until she started giving reasons very rudely. Very unprofessional staff.

Was recommended this spot by a local while debating where to grab lunch with friends, and am so glad we listened to her advice. We all had absolutely phenomenal French dip sandwiches here. Just such solid food and kind staff.

A small convenience store with the essentials you need. Go for the sandwiche. They are expertly made. The ingredients are fresh, and there is tons of meat. I highly recommend the chicken bacon on sourdough. Couldn't get a photo because I inhaled lunch.

Vegetarian options: U can get an egg and cheese burrito. Honestly I'm not sure if I have seen a veggie sandwich on the menu.

The veggie breakfast burrito was well prepared. Their excellent coffee is from Caffe Vita. The service was more than I expected.

One of the only places open around here on Christmas. Cashier who served me was very nice, she was very accomodating with special order preferences. Pet friendly too, a guy walked in with his dog and the dog was given a free treat. Very sweet staff for real.Sandwiches are freshly made and pretty good, I just got a simple sandwich but there was a good amount of meat for the price. Has a lot of different convenience store items for purchase too.
