We stayed a night at the W hotel back in November. We could have breakfast here for free.
Food was not bad. The burger patty was a frozen patty, not something they made by themselves. The mini Hawaiian sandwiches were quite good, nice to have something different. However, I probably would not pay out of pocket for what it was - spam - at a restaurant. The spam looked a bit burned, or reheated from leftover as it was a bit dry.
Wish there were some more standard chairs, as what they had was not that comfortable for someone pregnant.
Overall, would recommend to have the breakfast here if you stay at the W hotel.
Overall, the food is tasty but overshadowed by the non-existent service and terrible pricing policies.
This is an overpriced, counter service food joint. They *force* a 15% gratuity on you to get your own drinks and food! Take out, also 15% forced! That doesn’t sit well with me. Also, items are priced on the high side - example yoghurt and granola is $15. A small side of some berries - $12. (Plus forced gratuity)
We ate here twice because our status at Marriott included some breakfast credit. Drinks were made wrong. Food was missing from our takeout order. Ordering was like a production line without any hope of seeing a smile. Oh yea, pay 15% for the privilege.
We switched to doing room service (same menu and pricing) but at least didn’t have to deal with the Trace Market staff and policies.
Breakfast was very tasteful ;)

15% surcharge on every order, goes to staff, but not called a tip. Does that mean my surcharge just goes to payroll expenses? No thanks, I'll go to places with upfront pricing.
Nice vibe, however, TERRIBLE food & service!!! Worst breakfast for this year!

I ordered the Wagyu Beef Loco Moco for lunch and it was the most bland thing I've had in years and NOT worth the high price ($36 after taxes). The beef was over cooked, which is a shame since you pay so much for Wagyu Beef. I ordered my eggs sunny side up and the eggs were also over cooked and barely runny. Lastly the mushroom gravy had no flavor and there wasn't enough of it. I had to use a ton of salt to give it something. I would not recommend this dish. I've had better from fast food at a third of the price. The saving grace was the service from the woman who took my order at the register. That's about it.

Food is good but it’s costly. Also they include 15% tip in the amount. So don’t double tip.

These reviews are rather decieving. The food was borderline abysmal and certainly overpriced for such poor quality. We ordered three entrees, two coffees, and a juice. It was about $110.The loco moco was woefully underseasoned to the point of only having flavor from the hamburger patty (wagyu apparently) and four slices of mushroom. The eggs were overcooked and the dish had hair in it. That alone was $25. I would never come back here let alone reccomend it to another individual.

$40 for breakfast for one person that was very bland with cold toast. Açaí bowl has no flavor to it. Taste like they just made the chia with water.

Spendy and very mediocre food. Good coffee though.
