Came in and went to order hot chocolate from the poster that was up but the woman said the sign shouldn’t be up and they have no hot chocolate.

As we browsed cupcakes and were about to order the woman put gloves on to help us but kept touching her glasses and face. Not an encouraging or sanitary experience so we decided not to order anything.

I’ve never experienced more incompetence than i did with trophy cupcakes today. Last week I ordered 24 Hanukkah macarons for a Hanukkah party online. the advertisement online showed a mix of white macarons with a variety of cute hanukkah themed stamps and plain blue macarons. When I went to pick up my order in kirkland two hours before my party, i was given 24 beige macarons with off center hanukkah stamps. Not blue, not white—dough colored beige. when I asked the girl if she could go in the back and replace half of them with blue she said no and told me to call customer service. customer service told me if i drove to the u village location they would give me 12 blue macarons for free. so i drove all the way to u village and they pulled blue macarons out of the freezer. i asked her for fresh ones so they wouldn’t be frozen for my party in less than an hour but she said they didn’t have any so i took them. when i got home i opened the box and pulled them out i saw that they all had thanksgiving stamps on side that was face down. the girl at the store had just turned them upside down so i wouldn’t notice. so instead of fresh macarons they gave me a box of frozen, three week old macarons for different holiday. since i had extra ugly beige macarons i tried one and it was meh at best and certainly NOT worth the trouble. the one saving grace was that chris from the celebrations team was helpful and gave me a full refund. i will never be purchasing from trophy again and recommend that you don’t either. save yourself the time and money and go to cupcake royale or crumbl if you need dessert for a party.

Tried the red velvet and it was delicious! Was scared this place would be too sweet but it was a perfect light cream cheese frosting with moist cake. They were so sweet to us and nice to our kids

When I initially got the cake from Goldbelly I was upset at the size as the cake diameter is smaller than my hand and it cost $100. Don’t be like me!!! I was very wrong with my gut reaction.

I thought there’s no way this could serve four or six people, again I was wrong. It is a very small cake but it is mighty. It is rich, packed with sugar but not in an overwhelming way, and dense.

The artistry and colors are stunning and the flavors all come through. The only downside is the surprise sprinkles and candies did not fall out until we sliced two full cuts out. But hey, it was fun when it did. :-).

Overall if you want a fun show stopping cake and have a bit of extra money to spare, go for it. Their cakes are small but filling. I’m totally a happy customer.

The cupcake shop is super cute and inviting, smells like baked sweetness. It's not somewhere you can sit and enjoy your cupcakes. Also a bit pricey I spent $20 on 3 cupcakes. The kids loves their cherry drop cupcakes my lemon was also a delight.

My mom ordered the beautiful butterfly cake for our last Mother’s Day together When we opened it the frosting had cracks in it. When cutting it part of the frosting that was cracked fell off. The cake was very dry and dense. We ended up throwing it away after one bite. Not worth what was paid and would not recommend.

Ordered a very expensive cake for Easter and, while the cake was pretty good, the frosting tasted like a stick of butter...nobody could eat it and I was embarrassed! Total waste of money that i can't even get refunded. Soooooo not worth it.

I ordered seven dozen cupcakes and a cutting cake for my wedding. For what I here, the Cupcakes were just good . Did not get to try the cupcakes. Here is the BUT. The cutting cake was so hard. When we tried to cut it we both thought it was frozen. completely unedible. Consistency of a hard dry sponge. Everything did look beautiful.
But.
We don't think the quality Justified the cost of that big of an order.
