Staff is really friendly, a great location with easy parking, delicious and crispy spring rolls!
I also got the chicken pad thai with extra veg: I wish there was more sourness/ spice to cut through the sweetness, but there's lots of potential there! I really appreciate how they didn't skimp on protein (something I'm always worried about when ordering extra veggies while dining).
Thank you so much for feeding me !

I don't often write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this place. The food was so bad that we ended up not even saving the leftovers :( Thai Fusion is much better and just a mile away. I really wanted to like this place because it's close by, but feel like I wasted my money instead.

Either some of these reviewers hit an anomaly of a night or the Tuk Tukers are reading these reviews. The food is excellent and a fantastic value for the money. My curry was full to the brim of a larger container than I expected. And take with a grain of salt the comment about spice. Three stars was enough to make my scalp sweat. Four would have been too much and I’m no spice wimp! I live in Ballard and typically go to Fremont for Thai. No more. I’m coming back here for sure. My only wish is that they wouldn’t fry all of the tofu.

We recently dined at Tuk Tuk Thai and were thoroughly impressed! The restaurant offers a good standard Thai affair, with a modern and cozy open kitchen layout that adds to the overall ambiance. But what truly stood out was the food - the flavors were true and robust, a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail.
I opted for the vegetable Panang curry and the phad ki mao, both of which were exceptional. The curry was creamy and rich, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy notes, while the phad ki mao was savory and umami, with a delightful wok-fried flavor.
Overall, Tuk Tuk Thai is a great choice for anyone craving authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. The modern setting and open kitchen add a touch of sophistication, while the flavors remain true to traditional Thai cooking. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
