“I have been coming to Turkish Delight for close to 20 years. Simra and Ahmed are like family to me. I have a Nancy’s special every time which is lentil soup, chicken, their spice and feta. It’s amazing!! I can’t recommend this wonder place enough!“

“We visited Hamdi for the 2nd time a few weeks ago and it was once again outstanding! The flavors are incredible! My favorite dishes are the pide, the kebap, & the steak. We had fun trying Kat’s own thoughtfully crafted cocktails. Service was impeccable & the team showed us a great time! “In our experience, Seattle eateries have consistently delivered exceptional meals, but Miss Cafe and their Turkish breakfast exceeded all expectations. Generously portioned for two, the spread featured an array of fresh, delectable dishes that showcased the chef's skill. Standouts included the cheese pastry and a rich, tomato, cheesy egg stew. However, the true pièce de résistance was the heavenly honey and cream, perfectly paired with crusty bread - a flavor combination that bordered on sublime. Leaving some for my boyfriend was nothing less than an act of pure love, but we'll certainly return again and again during our short stay in the city.“

“I have never had a döner from Berlin (or outside of the US), so I cannot speak to the authenticity of the sandwich that other customers have referenced.

What I do know is that the döner here is delicious. I switch between the chicken and lamb/beef, and berliner (garlic sauce) and fiery kreuzberg (spicy) options on house bread. If I want something a little lighter, I go with the spinach wrap option.

This is one of my favorite little secret hole in the wall spots in Seattle. I always receive good, quick, and friendly service.

The one downside is that there no seating (since COVID), so you will have to take it to go.“

Their gyro is exceptional, featuring freshly grilled meat with flavorful toppings, and the generous portions satisfy even the heartiest appetites. I particularly enjoyed sitting by the window, watching the lively scene at Alki Beach with views of the ocean, which added to the relaxing experience.“
