Another fantastic HH at Umi Sake House! We usually sit at the Sushi counter. I love to watch the Sushi chefs in action! Daimon is amazing! Great prices, outstanding service & excellent food! They also have non sushi options- we had a grilled salmon collar & ginger chicken in addition to Sushi & great drinks!

The food and restaurant were wonderful. Service was a little less than expected, but it was busy while we were there, so that may have effected the timeliness of our service. We love Umi Sake House and come here at least yearly as a family tradition.

Delicious as always. I highly recommend a reservation as this place is popular. It's also a bit noisy. The rolls are a pretty good size, 8 pc for regular times, maybe 11 pc for specialty rolls Loved the salmon presse, I think we need to get that every time we go! Also enjoyed the vegetable roll, unagi roll and several others!

We got a range of dishes - some cooked, some sushi. The server was excellent (can remember her name) - friendly, calm, efficient. Between the excellent food and great service, it was one of the best birthday dinners I've had. It's a little annoying that they limit a dinner to 1.5 hours, but I sort of get it for such a busy place. At least they make a point of it up front.

My favorite sushi spot on Seattle! Have been coming here for years, and I don't think I have ever had a complaint. Our waitress last night was great, our food was great, and our experience made our Friday date night all the more memorable 😊

We had such a great time sitting at the sushi counter. The sashimi and rolls were fantastic. We had a great server as well. I work at Hotel 1000 and tell people every day to come dine with you. I'm glad to find that the quality is still so good!

We love this place! Food is always amazing!! It is a bit loud, they could stand to turn the music down a bit to help with the volume. Drinks are also incredible! 5 stars!

I sat at the bar alone which was not bad. The counter space is limited and I got plenty of food for 3 rolls but I did not think it should have been that expensive. I could have done with less of that meant less pieces it was fine with me so I can try more food. It got pretty loud in there as well. It was a bit hard to hear after awhile. The service and quality of food is tremendous just a little too much per serving
