They say to email for a larger reservation but they never responded, nor do they pick up the phone. What’s the point of putting that on the website then?

Had a fantastic dinner here. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great omakase experience!

Excellent omakase! Every bite was phenomenal, don’t sleep on this place before it gets impossible to get a reservation.

Really good food that's a delight to the eyes and tastebuds. That said, the portions are laughable for the price. Don't come here hungry and expect to get out for less than $100/pp.

I tried to go there during the hours posted on Google and their website and they were closed. No signs explained why.

Came here for my girlfriend's birthday last night. It was out first time at an omakase, and we will be back for sure to try their other rotating menus. The staff knew what they were doing. Sushi chef made some amazing sushi for us to eat. All for only $89pp.

This place is probably the most affordable GOOD omakase in Seattle. We were given some appetizer to begin with, then comes some sashimi and some nigiri then stone beef then more nigiri and a hand roll then finally ending the night with miso soup and ice cream. It costs an extra $22 for uni, which we decided to get.
Overall this place is very good, especially for the price. Portions were really big and everything is well prepared. Honorable mentions were the Chawanmushi. It was absolutely incredible. I love every bite. Flavors were amazing. I also love the sesame ice cream on top of some crunchy cookies. Very happy with this place.

This place is a solid omakase restaurant. It had a good course of your typical foods, miso soup, nigiri, sushi, and hand rolls. All of them are very good with a twist. The chef adds a lot of unique flavors like kelp, lemon zest, sesame seeds, etc. The red snapper with kelp and sesame seeds was especially pleasing. I also appreciate the dessert being black sesame ice cream with cookie crumble at the bottom. The ice cream was rich, creamy and at the perfect temperature.
My only complaint was the service was slow. They left several customers at the door waiting to be serviced, they seemed a little annoyed. They also took my girl friend's chopsticks while it was on the plate, and never served us more water. If we ask I'm sure they would have, but if you have to ask they aren't paying attention. I think they're understaffed.
For the price at $90, you can't go wrong with this place, highly recommend trying out

Omakase is very worth and Jason is the top of his craft. This is the 4th omakase I've had (one in Tokyo, 1 in San Mateo, 1 in New York) and some of my favorite pieces come from Jason at Uminori. Also the uni tastes just like the freshest ones do in Japan!

No walk-ins, it’s reservation only for omakases. Food was fine first time I went.
We had their new omakase option and it was a wonderful experience!! Definitely recommend for people like me with smaller stomachs and can’t finish a traditional omakase menu. There was a great variety of dishes including hand rolls and starters that were carefully and intentionally crafted. The flavors and textures were amazing. Highly recommend!

I used to like this restaurant a lot, but decided not to go anymore. The reservation on their website is only for omakase course, which is not convenient for people like me who like to order myself. I tried to make a reservation by phone, and made several calls but the restaurant never picked up the call, not sure why… the inconvenient booking system and poor phone responsiveness will only push customers away.
Quite possibly the best omakase you can find in the Seattle area. Every piece of fish was immaculate and paired with creative but subtle toppings and sauces. Wagyu to cook at table on hot stone was amazing. Very small and intimate
