Fantastic sandwiches. Caramelized onions, banana pepper...so good

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had! The baguette was perfectly toasted -not too soft, not too crunchy- and the grilled onions were sooo good.

I got the Palomilla Steak and the Caribbean Roast. I’m usually not a big fan of pork, but the Caribbean Roast completely won me over! It didn’t have that strong pork flavor I normally don’t like -just super tender and flavorful.

The jalapeños do have a bit of a kick, so if you’re sensitive to spice, you might want to skip them.

Even the chips surprised me! At first, they looked like regular bagged nacho chips, but they had the perfect crunch and saltiness -not dry at all.

. Their sandwiches, meals are all well-seasoned (on the sweeter side for beans/marinade).

Service and atmosphere: awesome; right next to Molly Moons, decent street parking. Only complaint is there ain’t enough seats!!

Minimal seating at this location, so just know that coming in! Not a ding for me personally. I love the food, we come to one of their locations every time we go to Seattle. Bonus for this location is that it’s next to an ice cream shop, so we get some yummy ice cream after eating our delicious savory sandwiches from Un Bien.

Insane. This sandwich could out-Zen Buddha. This sandwich could cure all diseases. This sandwich could end wars.

Guy behind the counter was cool, too.

Many people told me that Un Bien served up one of the best sandwiches in Seattle. I honestly am kicking my self that I have not gone here earlier. The food was incredible

Been coming here for years. Sauce was great, and bread was toasted. Pork was dry, and onions weren’t cooked enough. Hoping they bring back the quality they had not long ago

All I gotta say: this is one of the only restaurants that actually lives up to the hype and I can understand the rave. Get the Carribean Roast, you won’t regret it.

It really really lives up to the hype. I finished my sandwich an hour ago and still can't stop thinking about it. I was licking up the last of the little meat pieces on my wrapper just to savor it more.

Got the steak one. It was so incredibly juicy and the flavor of the sauce is unbelievable. It had a little kick from the jalapeños.

They were out of roasted corn :( so I got a Bien salad which was pretty mid, only get if you're really desperate for vegetables or something. Maybe it's better with some meat added. It was definitely a good portion though.

Though line was only ~4 people deep when I arrived on a Saturday night, it took ~25 min from entering the line to getting my food.

Already dreaming of going back.

We got both the carribean roast and pallomila steak sandwiches. The steak was so delicious. Very well marinated and the spiciness was very nice! I loved the pickled jalapenos in it. The bread was so good! Crispy and it's more on the chewy side vs flaky.

The #1 sandwich was pretty good, bread and sauce were great, pork was alright.

I absolutely love Un Bien, especially this location. They have a winning formula.

I'm writing this as I'm INHALING the steak sandwich (pictured). Normally, I get the #3 - pork loin as I generally prefer my sandwich meat to stay intact as I eat it. And I love it. I get it every time. It's the best sandwich I've ever had, and I get to have it over and over again. But, I felt like changing it up today. I'm glad I did!

It turns out the steak sandwich is every bit as amazing as the pork loin. What a golden age we are in to be in such close proximity to some of the best sandwiches ever made! I'm definitely going to try other items on the menu now and round out my experience.

Incredible sandwiches! I ordered the #4 and my husband got the #1, both were absolutely delicious. Wish we had a location in WI!! Very messy so grab extra napkins, and very limited seating.
