“Uncle!!!” Something Jackie Chan said in Rumble in the Bronx. At first, I thought this place was going to be either Korean or Chinese. Chinese/Thai fusion! Nice. The food was decently portioned and it hit the spot perfectly. My wife and I ordered string beans, baby bok choy, and the Mongolian beef. The food was slightly salty, but again, overall very delicious and good portions. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant around the Sandpoint area!

Perhaps ordered the wrong entree, it was awful. Chicken was chewy, rubbery and over breaded. And the sauce - not even sure what that was except inedible. That all said, other patrons around us liked their dishes. Maybe just stay away from almond chicken.

Uncle Lee's Kitchen. I love this place. My daughter and I had Mongolian Beef, Salt Pepper Tofu, String Beans and side of perfectly cooked White Rice.I've had the beef 4 or 5 times now.Quality, consistency and taste the exact same each time. Nice creamy smooth meat glaze.It was so good I ordered the same exact meal to go.Uncle Lee is working the front as well as the rear of the house.He is very popular with the customers.Restaurant is spotless. Same with the kitchen. He gave me a 5 minute tour. Staff is very friendly.I noticed as busy as the kitchen was. It was noticably spotless as well.
