Their espresso is next level. I was very impressed. I had a Costa Rican which was just bursting with strawberry like flavor. I almost didn't want to drink it, it smelled so good.

Had an Ethiopian cut, and 2 pour overs (Costa Rica Gesha, Honduras). All tasty! Great atmosphere.

I was feeling like a pile of trash today but the second I walked into this shop my mood shot up thanks to the atmosphere. The music, plants, and baristas made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I ordered their Natural Papua New Guinea espresso and it was a real citrus fruit bomb. They offer a lot of different retail roasts with a great variety of processes and some co-ferments which I LOVE. The beans are a bit on the pricey side ($23-$27 for 12oz) but the quality is 100% worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you need a welcoming space and love modern coffee trends.

Coffee was smooth and sweet. Upstairs is a fun hangout spot. Beans were a little on the pricey side but latte was reasonable.

Haven't been to this location yet, but this is hands down one of the best roasters in the world. The only place I deemed worthy to order coffee from back when it was Portland only, the only US based roaster to truly level up over the Seattle local roasters. Very excited to see they've come to town!

I stopped by to get an oat milk latte. Extremely underwhelming. The milk was not at all brought to temperature felt well below 130F. The milk wasn’t even textured right with very little micro foam and a super shallow canvas.I also bought a bag of their honey processed Colombian, tasted like the coffee was baked. None of the citrus, juicy notes I’ve come to love from Columbia. I eventually lowered my brew temps to 80C and lowered my brew ratio to cut out some of the unpleasantness.

Stopped by for a quick coffee. The mocha and cappuccino were excellent, and the atmosphere was nice. They had a great playlist going, and the service was good. It was a rainy day so sitting outdoors was not an option. They have some seating on the upper level but it’s a smaller space overall. Nice spot to get coffee and read in the area.

Great cafe with good music, some of the best coffee in Seattle, and an awesome loft to work from. I’ve been to dozens of coffee shops in Seattle and this is my go-to. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle. Their pour overs are incredible so I have a hard time ever getting anything else. They have some of the most unique roasts I've ever experienced (get something with a fruit ferment). The atmosphere/music/vibe is always on point and the people working here are the loveliest. The person that often times helps me (unfortunately not sure of their name) always gives me tasting notes for the pour over options which I greatly appreciate! Truly the best and most memorable coffee I've had in my life.

The place is small and simple. There are plenty of options for those that truly enjoy complex coffee flavors with a few house made flavor options. For example, my friend got a single origin cappuccino. I tried The Suzy, which is a latte with honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. It was excellent. Only very slightly sweet with a forward saltiness. They had many wine bottles on the wall which didn't bake a lot of sense (since the space is pretty small) until I realized there is an outside covered patio that would be perfect for drinks.

Had the seasonal Suzy, a slightly salty honey latte with a hint of cinnamon, fantastic. The barista could not have been warmer, engaging and accommodating. The atmosphere is a perfect for a coffee shop; both calming and energizing music with high ceilings and greenery. I’d love to come back just to chat more, and maybe find a fun bottle of wine which they also have on sale. Stop on in and while you’re here, get a bolo, the softer sweeter Portuguese cousin of an English muffin, it went perfectly with my drink

Cozy spot tucked into Union St. Coffee is always top notch, same goes for service. Typically buy a bag of beans and grab an Americano for the road. The atmosphere is perfect for reading or looking cool while working on your computer. Bonus, you can buy a bottle of vino (can't consume in-shop as of now). Staff knows what's up! Pictured is a bottle of wine purchased there and a photo of my dog ready to eat the treats they have complimentary at the counter.
