I work across the street, and I love popping over for a drink after work. The drinks are definitely above average. The food seems a little weird to me. I get the idea of having fewer options and better quality, but the menu is strange. The flavors seem to be forced to mesh together instead of being a natural pairing. Just my opinion. Great atmosphere and incredible drink service. The owner is charming and it's a great place to spend some time.

My go-to for crisp bright snarf-it-up purple salad with falafel. I start eating it on my 5block walk home since it's so good!

Good brunch food with cutesy ambience. We came here for a weekend brunch. The food was good enough but the place was very cute and chic.

Recommend making reservations beforehand.

We enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch, which had some great options for both food and drinks. The frozen palomas were outstanding as was the fried chicken with biscuit and gravy. While I wish the Verde Pork with poached eggs was a larger portion, it was beautiful and delicious.
Atmosphere was like that of a saloon with a designer's touch. There was limited outdoor seating, which will be very nice on Seattle's sunny days.

Solid little spot for brunch. I had the pork verde open faced sandwich - delicious!! My wife had the fried chicken - also amazing. Scratch made bloody was on point. We’ll be back for sure!

One of my favorite places for brunch in Seattle. The biscuit sandwich with a fried egg is just so good. Small outdoor patio as well if the weather is nice

Although Union Saloon sits on a wide street corner, it feels tucked away and in its own space-time... Laid back, filled with recognized regulars eating their usual and chilling out. What a beautiful, comfortable, casual space.
The menu succeeds at elevated comfort food on a level I wish we'd see more often. Regulars were quick to share their favorite dishes and why, how I couldn't go wrong and to definitely try the hot sauce (they're right). It was hard to decide between the Fried Chicken and Waffle, Chile Verde or Hash (with duck confit or brisket... Yum!)
I opted for the Chile Verde with a delicious biscuit. I'll be back soon for the Hash.

The Bistro salad was amazingly wonderful! So much bacon! Such tasty little red peppers! And the potato’s- yum!! Our whole family of 7- three generations - were delighted with food, service, and the site! Thank you for the lovely experience.

Amazing service. Friendly people. The food is delicious American west coast cuisine with very creative twists on traditional dishes. I had the duck hash and it was scrumptious without being too fatty. Highly recommend.

I love this cozy spot. Went on a weeknight with our college aged daughter and everyone loved it. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and really tasty food. We had chips and dip, eggplant sandwich, fried chicken and a Caesar salad, plus carrot and chocolate cake. All were excellent. Can’t wait to come back!
