The folks running the place are really nice, the selection of convenience store goods is solid, and the food is good value. I didn't love the chicken teriyaki but it gets the job done for cheap and the cheese steak was everything I wanted it to be (within reason, not gonna have the same expectations at a convenience store in Seattle as I'd have at a cheese steak place in Philly or some wildly expensive yuppy popup that charges 25 bucks to nail a 10 dollar sandwich)....
Nice lady. Decent teriyaki and stuff but there is cheaper and better teriyaki nearby. The cheesesteak and burgers also aren’t terrible but are extremely overpriced. If they were 8 dollars instead of 13.99 I’d actually grab a sandwich here regularly
I ate lunch here 3-4 times a week for a little over year and it hit the spot every single time. The friendliest of staff and the best chicken katsu, fried rice, and beef & broccoli I’ve ever had.
