Excellent gluten free fish and chips, a substantial serving leaving me full, satisfied, and with leftovers. Will return.
The food was sub-par. I ordered a side of bacon it was burnt and flaked apart when bitten WAY past crunchy. Ordered the salmon benedict. The salmon was exactly what you would find on bagles and lox. Cold and too acidic for a benedict and the hollendaise sauce was bland. MEH
If i could leave zero stars i would. Terrible food and service.

We always go here before we see shows at the Paramount because it is nearby and they have consistently good food!
Great happy hour cocktails and food!!! Dinner was delicious! Service is excellent!!! I would definitely go on a regular basis if I lived here!
The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the people were awesome. Could not have had a better end to a long travel day than dinner at Tidal.

I have been to Seattle several times and just happened to try the hotel restaurant when I arrived just to relax. Huge disappointment. I’ve never had salmon with no flavor, it was the worst I’ve tried and was shocked given that I assumed a $38 small fillet would taste well. My buddy tried a different course and said it wasn’t good either. I would go elsewhere and not waste money and time

Food was very good and service was great! Given we were the first there in the AM, we had no issues whatsoever.
We spent some time at the bar enjoying the experience of an excellent aperitif.
Alex, the bartender, is something more than a genius. He creates dozens of different bases for cocktails & Co.
Really hope to come back!!!!
STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

Very tasty food and really attentive service. We had a bit of a time crunch at dinner and the server was able to help accommodate us, which was appreciated. The restaurant was comfortable and fairly quiet. Another friend just came back from lunch there and raved about the smash burger, too.
Hearty portions, lots of options, great service, good value for downtown. The breakfast potatoes are baked, smashed and seasoned 😋 Too many to eat alongside a large omelette. Oatmeal was delicious. Added fresh fruit instead of brown sugar and the raspberries were the size of strawberries! Definitely recommend for breakfast.

Great service and food. My husband is gluten free and there were so many great options to choose from!
Good service. Great dinner in a romantic and clean restaurant. Price was within normal range for the area.
