I had the American cheeseburger and hubby had the Steakhouse burger and they were so, so good. We also had tater tots and… ditto. The ranch dressing was top shelf. Loved everything about it, wish we could try everything!
Food tasted very good but the lemonades had a very funky taste. Also I got the burger with the vegan fried egg and I don’t know what happened but it squirted all over my pant
I ordered the ghost pepper jalapeño burger with tater tot’s. Absolutely delicious!! So much to choose from, awesome food! Free filtered water
This place does vegan fast food very well, at a decent price. I had a chicken burger which was delicious. We visited with some meat eater friends, who also kept saying how good it was!
I stumbled over that location and was very happy about. It's downtown, only steps from pike place market away and prices are reasonable. The food is always very yummi, I've been in several locations across the United States. Would recommend if you're not looking for fine dining. Menu is divers and huge.
Veggie grill isn't amazing by any means but it is all vegan and convenient. The food is decent by fast food standards, some items better than others. The location downtown Seattle has been a go to for years during conventions and other outings. I do enjoy having a quick easy option so I'd say that makes up for the lack of wow factor of the food. Generally the location downtown Seattle has been clean when I've gone and not a long wait to order. Updated from previous review on 2025-09-11

The chain that launched the term "premium mediocre" in one of my favorite internet essays (The Premium Mediocre Life of Maya Millennial) is honestly pretty damn OK, especially in Seattle where the curve we are grading on is pretty depressing. I think it's one of the very few places that's served me kale in the past few years that was treated competently, and I think fondly of their both their caesar dressing and their broccoli-stem pesto innovation. I prefer their bowls to their burgers, which tend to use some sort of chemically-tasting performative char thing going on, but none of it is bad and some of it is actually...really good?
I took the "salmon" dish, in teriyaki and mango sauce, with whole grain rice and broccoli, and it was really excellent. It was really delicious, but a little expensive in my opinion.
Lots of choices for burgers, wraps, bowls, salads, sides, smoothies. You can order ahead on their app or website. Two thumbs up for the bacon chicken wrap. The chicken nuggets are a bit salty.

Excellent food! My favorite was the American Chzburger and the chocolate chip cookies!
They have a variety of all vegan dishes to include tacos, burgers, bowls, protein plates, smoothies, and dessert. I've had a couple of bowls, and they are healthy and delicious. I'm happy to see that they offer Beyond Meat burgers. The desserts are delucious too. The prices are reasonable and it's a nice atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend the Veggie Grill. The creativity in the dishes is truly "next level"!
It felt impossible to order here with all the options, so I decided to order something I’ve never tried before: a vegan salmon filet. Blown away! It tastes like salmon, flakes like salmon, and the teriyaki mango sauce complimented it beautifully. Pretty neat to be able to eat a typical meal I would have had as an omni 😄 The salted caramel choco chip cookie was insanely good, as was the banana & berry smoothie. If you haven’t been, you won’t be disappointed - give it a shot! Some minor areas for improvement: 1) I would’ve preferred the fish to be a touch less salty. Though I feel this way about most fast food. 2) I would’ve loved if they served the cookie on a plate, rather than bagged - ideally heated up! Even subway and Starbucks pretend to offer a “for here” experience with their treats, despite them all coming from a bag. 3) Would’ve happily paid for a scoop of protein powder to be added to the smoothie. Based on what the employee said, it seems the smoothies are locked in and can’t be customized. Overall a great experience and I hope it make it back! Updated from previous review on 2025-08-27
Surprising variety of options, from “healthy” to indulgent. Space is clean and service is friendly and quick. Not too far from Pike Place Market either!
They have an extensive menu from burgers to bowls to salads and protein plates. You order on a machine and it is brought to your table. You need to collect your drinks though at the counter. We chose a beyond burger and a chkn burger, both with the Yo! fried egg, fries, and a portion of mac n cheese. Service was fairly quick, but there is no staff interaction. We really liked the Yo! Egg and it has lots of yolk. All the food was tasty. It's easy to find and has plenty of tables.
