Great pho and fresh spring rolls! I ordered takeout and I appreciate that the broth was kept separate from the other ingredients and that the thin-sliced beef was still raw so it could be properly cooked in the broth itself. The broth has lots of flavor!
Vietnamese Cafe is a Vietnamese restaurant a block up from Market on 15th. Parking around here is always terrible, so be prepared to park up the block to walk to it and up their stairs (since they're on the 2nd floor). Inside, they probably have a dozen tables or so. Their menu is a good size and easy to navigate. Prices per portion are pretty good as their sandwiches are pretty big. Incredible service, delicious food and nice atmosphere with many windows the chef were very attentive and friendly we ordered bánh mì and pho surprised with the generous portions the pho very flavorful broth and the best bánh mì in Ballard will be back Thanks.
