Village Sushi Reviews
Best sushi. Joe is an exceptional sushi chef. His support staff are incredible. Vintage stereo equipment and vinyl records on the walls. Don’t miss out.
Price is reasonable and sushi was good. However, fried soft shell crab was cold and glass for a beer was so dirty and scratched. Can’t recommend for a special occasion.

Village Sushi offers a unique dining experience with its blend of jazz vinyl and traditional Japanese decor. The dimly lit atmosphere provides a cozy setting for a date night or a casual outing. The restaurant is known for its fresh and delicious sushi, including popular rolls like the V-Roll, Dragon Roll, and Godzilla Roll. Customers have praised the quality of the fish, noting that it is astoundingly fresh and lovingly prepared. The portions are generous, and standout items like the toro, salmon, and tamago receive high marks. While the tempura is average, the udon remains a unique seafood-flavored option. The staff is warm and welcoming, adding to the family vibes that make it a great spot for a night out. However, it's worth noting that Village Sushi does not serve tea, which is uncommon for sushi places. The chill setting, with vinyl jazz playing on the hi-fi, enhances the experience, making it a favorite spot for those who appreciate high-quality sushi and a taste of Japan in Seattle.
