Vinason Pho Kitchen - South Lake Union Seattle

Paid $20 for 4 pieces of dry chicken, I definitely got catfished. The chicken is so dry and hard, and I already ordered dark meat. Not worth it at all.

Food is pretty good here, but I just went to pick up an order and saw a member of staff coughing right into his hands, and then handling customer food. I don't think I can go back here if there is no care for food hygiene 🤢

A little more expensive than other Vietnamese spots in the couple mile radius; I ordered the Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi combo with pho broth and the steak spring rolls in store with the kiosk. Wait time was about 10 minutes and service was fully facilitated through the kiosk and text messages; no contact with staff at all. The food was presented well but just wasn’t as flavorful as I was hoping. I ordered my food to go (.25 paper bag fee) as the restaurant only has seating for 4. Ok overall.

Wheelchair accessibility: Would not recommend as indoor space is very small and I would be surprised if staff would assist.

Horribly overpriced - pho for $23 out the door. Ridiculous for poor quality meat

Worst. Pho. Ever. The meat was fatty and chewy. The broth was oily. The veggies looked old and the extra egg I ordered was over cooked. I threw the whole thing away. Nobody ever checked on us or I would have asked for a refund.

“Very disappointed! After I got home, I poured out the pho broth and found hair at the bottom of the container. Another unopened container also had hair around the seal. This is unacceptable and makes me question the hygiene of this restaurant. I had to throw the food away.”

Overpriced. Small portions (I chose extra noodles for 3 bucks but still). I can’t imagine how the portions would be if I chose normal amount. My friend paid for extra sprouts but he got the same amount as mine. He also selected no cilantro but got many. I wonder they even look into the order detail.

I came here on vacation and I will forever be chasing the high of how good the steak pho and white milk coffee were.

"I ordered two Banh mi pork and chicken sandwiches , and they were amazing! The flavors were great, and I highly recommend trying it yourself. However, don’t expect much in terms of service, as no one greeted me upon arrival. The place is also very small, with only two or three chairs available for seating. Despite that, the food is delicious and definitely worth it!"
