if people gave this place a bad review its because they don't like good wine

Oddly enough in one of the nicest airports in the US, it had to be blessed with this degrading choice at the front of the airport. You think you have found a pirate's treasure, think again as look are very deceiving. What one sees on the surface does not represent completely what lies on the bottom. Chances to be had and chances to lose come with equal consequences. Try their burgers with very little flavor or a tiny serving of salad with absolutely no care in the presentation of the food. Most of the ingredients seemed to be crumbled up or missing some important element. The staff here seem harder to please compared to the one at the Spokane Airport. The different management would convince you it could be better. Do not think that way, you will be sorely disappointed. The only purpose you can find here is drink some freshly made Washington white grape wine or one of those margheritas. Better if you find someplace else in the airport to dine at. This is a no brainer.

A cut about most airport food, but still not what you get from one of your go to spots. Service was very good. Drink menu was decent but they were out of a number of wines I was interested in, so I had to opt for a glass of white wine that was definitely not my first choice.

Their food are microwaved, I ordered the scampi pasta and soup of the day, everything is microwaved including the bread on the side.Taste awful and bland.

Very slow service. First two beer brands I ordered were out of stock. It was only noon.

Service is trash took me 25 minutes to get a refill on my beer and I'm sitting at the bar. They dont even pick up the used plates in a timely manner. They just leave them lying around.

I recognize that they were busy but... We bussed the table for server...then the service went down hill. We got accused of taking money from the previous guest. Then the waitress took our order and gave us our wine. My glass had lipstick on the rim. The waitress sees me wipe it off (then takes my glass and 10 minutes later returns with a new glass of wine. We rate this place insulting, frustrating and slow.

I'm sitting in the lounge right now waited almost 10 minutes before anyone recognized me. The staff was checking their cell phones and clearing tables while I was waiting to get a menu to order. This is not a great location for any type of service. When I went to the bartender and interrupted him checking his phone he told me the waitress would be with me in five minutes. Management needs to get involved .... check your schedule on your staff in today. Terrible! it was September 4 at 3 PM and the staff is not well trained as don't care.

I visit this place at least monthly as I'm exiting the airport after business travel, mostly to wind down and transition to family mode. It is located outside security and there's something appealing about grabbing a drink on the way to my Uber that makes me come back to this place. The selection is a bit limited but the prices are mostly in line with Vino Volo. Unfortunately the service is absolutely terrible. At first I assumed they were understaffed but after spending a few hours watching the staff it seems like there are at least 2-3 on and serving customers but only one who is actually taking orders and ringing up checks. Not a big deal either way, just be prepared to wait.

I wanted to like this place because it had wine but the selection is little. I wanted to like it because they had pasta but the pasta is a disappointment. I was hoping for at least decent service but oh gawd they were rude. Waitress asked us if we were ready to order and as soon as we said we needed a couple more minutes, she left without a word. Just straight up turned around and walked back to her little cashier spot. Not even a "oh take your time" or a "okay no worries". A waiter there seemed to be in a bad mood also because he was collecting menus from nearby tables and slammed them down at the front where the rest of the menus were. Pasta had no taste, I had to salt and pepper that but even then I couldn't bring myself to finish it. Please just take your money elsewhere. If you're really hungry, they have McDonald's but it's past the security/TSA.
