Chef William Belickis is amazing! The American Omakase 5-course tasting menu is delicious. The wine pairings were spot on. You can order a la carte from the menu if you just want to do small bites or a traditional 3-course meal. The restaurant interior is the perfect mix of sophistication yet not stuffy.

Absolutely amazing! We came to Violet for our one year anniversary dinner and everything really was special. From service, attention and food just wonderful experience. We got the chef tasting and it was well worth it- every dish was wonderfully curated with flavors just dancing in your mouth. Every dish was beautifully curated and paired with delicious wine. The wait staff is super knowledgeable and shares the details of the ingredients. Just wonderful. We walked away in awe as one of the few places that made us feel that way. So grateful for their help in making our evening special.

It was an exceptional dining experience. Everything we had was good. The prosciutto with Parmesan and watermelon was a new and flavorful combination. Both the scallops and the chicken were very tasty. And the crème brûlée was perfect. The service was very nice and the attention was the perfect balance of service and letting us talk.

Two people had the Salmon - DELICIOUS. One had the lamb which is one of my favorites and I ordered the NY Steak which was cooked to perfection. DO NOT MISS their prosciutto & melon. We had a private tour of the plant in Prosciutto Di Parma with a lunch served afterword's. I don't know how they do it but this was BETTER! Served with the most delicious home made bread.

Appetizers included prosciutto with watermelon and Parmesan (fantastic) and anchovies on a slice of red pepper (very good). Mains were seared scallops and roast chicken. Everything we ate ranged from very good to simply great. Our first visit to Violet was made special by the server, who kindly acknowledged our anniversary and was helpful throughout our visit. We will return!

The lamb, steak and oh my goodness the scallops were amazing. Octopus was tender and delicious. We loved this restaurant so much! Best restaurant in the last few years (MKT is missed). Wine list is very good and not over priced. Definitely recommend!!!

Great dining experience. Very cute vibe inside and it was a quieter night for a Thursday with lots of reservations available. Service was lovely and though they seemed to be out of quite a few wines, ultimately had great alternative recommendations. Menu is small and seasonal, but everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We ended up sharing 2 starters and 2 entrees and were too full for dessert. This is a great date night spot or intimate friend dinner - we will absolutely be back!
