Absolutely delicious dinner — the risotto will live rent free in my mind! Our server, Kevin, was great very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for our stay in Seattle

Amazing experience! Incredible food. Lighting was super nice, server was attentive. Just an overall 10/10 meal.
Chef William Belickis is amazing! The American Omakase 5-course tasting menu is delicious. The wine pairings were spot on. You can order a la carte from the menu if you just want to do small bites or a traditional 3-course meal. The restaurant interior is the perfect mix of sophistication yet not stuffy.
Great vibe...not too loud... chef / owner was right there and talked to us a bit about wine. Great food. Prices have gone up compared to the menu we found online.
Absolutely love this place! Everything you want in a fabulous dining experience. Local owner/chef. Wonderful front of house staff. Karl is amazing! The food was fantastic. This is a gem that needs to be visited!

This was such a beautiful, serene place to dine, with delicious food and creative cocktails. The thing that stands out the most, though, is service. The server was so kind and brought us special treats! Will definitely be going back for my next special occasion.
Amazing food and vibe. Nice neighborhood feel. Good for a date or intimate meal with someone
The atmosphere was great, the food was incredible, and the service from Nicholas and Carl was perfect. They gave great recommendations (though I'm guessing everything on the menu is worth trying) and we're very attentive. The scallops were my favorite dish and very much worth a trip in.

Absolutely amazing! We came to Violet for our one year anniversary dinner and everything really was special. From service, attention and food just wonderful experience. We got the chef tasting and it was well worth it- every dish was wonderfully curated with flavors just dancing in your mouth. Every dish was beautifully curated and paired with delicious wine. The wait staff is super knowledgeable and shares the details of the ingredients. Just wonderful. We walked away in awe as one of the few places that made us feel that way. So grateful for their help in making our evening special.
Went here for our honeymoon. Their American omakase tasting menu is a much try. We will definitely be back in the near future
It was an exceptional dining experience. Everything we had was good. The prosciutto with Parmesan and watermelon was a new and flavorful combination. Both the scallops and the chicken were very tasty. And the crème brûlée was perfect. The service was very nice and the attention was the perfect balance of service and letting us talk.
Two people had the Salmon - DELICIOUS. One had the lamb which is one of my favorites and I ordered the NY Steak which was cooked to perfection. DO NOT MISS their prosciutto & melon. We had a private tour of the plant in Prosciutto Di Parma with a lunch served afterword's. I don't know how they do it but this was BETTER! Served with the most delicious home made bread.
The food was delicious, the service fantastic, and the noise level was minimal so we could enjoy our conversations.
