Unfussy, cute decor ,very clean, and nice staff. The food is tasty with a wide variety of options and reasonable pricing. Really loved the sushi burrito!

I got takoyaki and poke. The takoyaki was more dough than octopus than it should be, and the size of the octopus pieces were inconsistent. The poke was very good, although the quantity is a bit on the lower side.
The ambiance was good, the Sakura trees decoration were really pretty.
The staff was very friendly and served us in a timely manner. We didn't have to wait long at all. Payment is done at the front once you are done eating.
The location is really convenient and easily accessible from the convention center.

I have eaten a lot of sushi around Seattle and I consider myself to be a bit of a sushi snob. But this place slaps and its prices are so reasonable. Their nigiri will melt in your mouth and it’s 3/$5! Highly recommend!

Very, very poor price/performance. Food is mediocre (at best). There is much better restaurants in the surrounding area. Nothing to see here.

The food was pretty good but the service was absolutely awful. We waited an hour and a half for 2 rolls and appetizers while the restaurant had 4 tables and 2 DoorDash orders in total. I payed with cash and the server did not offer change, then told me she did not have change for a $20 when asked. I’ve worked in the industry for 3 years and this service is completely unacceptable. Save yourself from high blood pressure and don’t go here.
Large portions, inviting and comforting decor, food was excellent! One of my pet peeves is dirty, condiment bottles, but this place did not disappoint. This place was immaculate, all condiment bottles were perfectly clean!

The salmon I got was definitely frozen. I've never seen fresh salmon that color. Not surprised by the bad health rating if they're doing that.

The Salmon Hawaii poke bowl was delicious, with 8 different items around the diced salmon on a bed of rice and soy-based sauce. I also ordered the strawberry and chocolate mochis, which were velvety and sweet on the outside and had a cold ice-cream centre. The interior decor had a fun cherry blossom theme, and the staff provided friendly table service.

I am in Seattle as part of a longer vacation. No matter where I go, the first thing I look for is the closest sushi restaurant. This one popped up in my Google search, “sushi near me.“ I admit, not the most scientific way to find good restaurants. ?
The sushi gods were definitely smiling on me! This place is incredible! Nigiri is three dollars for two. My server laughed when I asked her to clarify - as if to say, “yeah I know. Crazy right?“ The most expensive roll was $15. The portions of both were quite generous, as was the serving of edamame that I ordered. Six pieces of sushi and two rolls, in total, were under $30. And delicious.
I fly home late tomorrow night on a redeye to the East Coast, but going back to Wasabi again tomorrow! I could not recommend it more highly.

Honestly, I’m surprised at all the high reviews. The seafood is not fresh. My sashimi was still de-thawing. The rest of the sushi was good, but nothing special aside from having specialty doughnut sushi rolls. Flavors were good, just not amazing. The Hot Cheeto doughnut roll I ordered was very oily and not spicy. The food and aesthetic of the restaurant is instagramable for sure. The service is speedy and workers are kind. Prices are pretty high for not so fresh sushi. Overall, I’d recommend checking out Umi over this spot.
