We’ve tried several sushi omakase spots in Seattle, but Wataru stands out as the absolute best! The high-quality aged fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and creative flavor combinations made for an unforgettable dining experience. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The chef was warm and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back！
