Third time eating at Wa'z and it remains the best restaurant we've been to in Seattle. It's an adventure for the palate. We will be back! Staff are great, respectful, attentive and knowledgeable. Food is incredible, so fresh and creative. Thankyou for an another memorable experience.
Everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The textures, mix of sweet, salty, spice, and aromatic flavors sent my senses to another world. Pair you meal with the sake tasting and it's an absolutely incredible experience! 10/10 will go back!
We had a lovely, tailored experience for our evening. The food was wonderful, and we did the full sake pairing (a new sake for each course), and it was well worth it. Our waiter was very informative, and passionate about what they were doing, and we would definitely go back.
