I enjoyed eating there! Lovely staff and unique presentation and ensemble of ingredients. Most dishes were amazing. Portions were enough to feel satisfied. I prob will go back when they change the menu.
Our experience here was fantastic. I’ve found myself a bit disappointed in tasting menus lately, but not so at wa’z. Excellent flavors and quality of food, gorgeous presentation, and timely and detailed service. I won’t exactly be a regular customer at this price point :) but would highly recommend for a high end kaiseiki experience.
Wa'z was a great experience! The order of the menu items didn't follow the menu so it was good to be suprised a bit. The items on the menu were certainly unique and tended to every bit of the palette. The service was top notch and everyone was extremely professional and courteous! When we visit Seattle again, we'll make the effort to attend Wa'z again.
