We love the throw-back serendipity of both the atmosphere and the menu. The food is delish comfort food, the staff warm & welcoming, and it harkens back to the 60’s and 70’s! Don’t miss it nor their famous salad! GreaT fans: Nancy, John & Eddie‼️

Old, unmaintained, could smell the urine from the bathroom out in the seating area. They managed to make a bacon cheeseburger pretty good though.

First time here. The dining room was closed, but the bar was open. Never had a drink in my life, but the bartender made me feel welcome as she poured me some coffee. She took our food orders promptly even though she was very busy. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was welcoming.

They’re back to full menu and was just as good as we remembered. Loved their teriyaki steak. Our server, a young man , sorry I forgot his name, was excellent.

Great food and great service!!! The steak was amazing.

The food was awful, and the table and booths we were seated at were sticky and not cleaned. The prime rib tasted as gray as it looks. My husband had a steak that was also unseasoned and was well done when requested to be medium rare. The vegetables served with the meals were obviously canned or frozen. The kitchen is open so you can see them microwave so much of the food. I also can't believe a dinner salad is lettuce, 1 slice of salami cut up, and 3 cheez its. I had to ask for our drinks, which weren't brought out until after our food, and then was never offered a refill. $70 down the drain on a meal we could not finish. Do not waste your money.

My wife and I visited this place and were enjoying ourselves, especially the tasty tater tots. Unfortunately, the man sitting next to us seemed to have had too much to drink and got into a heated argument with another patron. To avoid the situation, we decided to grab our appetizer and move to a table. The bartender didn't seem to care that the man was swearing at the other guy. Despite this incident, we plan to give the place a second chance because the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Bad service. Server told us they were closing (8pm) and were waiting for us to leave.

It's a funky old dive with funky old people. Love it.

One of the last of a vanishing breed of old school restaurants that can't be manufactured. Visit while you still can.

One of the best old school bars left in Seattle! Great service, great food, great drinks, always. The owners have been involved with the Broiler since 1980 and definitely keep it a true family-run business. Steaks cooked to perfection, awesome London Broil and prime rib on the weekends. Great appetizers in the bar also. The best thing about the place is the bar. Real comfy neighborhood, slightly divey feel. Just perfect! We always feel right at home when we are at the Wedgwood broiler.
