I would not recommend coming to this location. This location is very rude and unhelpful. They have there drink machine locked so you have to ask workers to use the code. They have a sign that says no cash. Over half the tables where dirty or had homeless people sleeping in them. You can't even get into the restroom due to drug use from homeless. There was needles in the bathroom. It took 40 minutes to get my food and it was still cold. They need either better staff or just close it down. This is a sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Why would a drive through in Washington state not have a rain cover. The customers get wet, and the staff get wet. Please corporate get an awning or something.

They don't open at 9, like everything says (window decals;google; website). & They were really rude when explaining they were opening the lobby late, cuz they are late or idk I'm not sure. But there was no need to yank the door closed by the gentleman asking about the hours this morning. Bummer. 🥺

Came to order the biggie bag and the soda machine was busted, they insisted I pay more money for a lemonade or a frosty even tho the issue is on them. Clearly all this Wendy's cares about is making a literal buck over customer service, can't say I'm surprised

The new Wendy’s in White Center is such a special addition, and I’m so glad it’s nearby. The only downside is that the app keeps messing up my order, which was frustrating since my picky kids wanted their burgers made just right. Hopefully it works better next time. We did have to wait a little for our food, but it wasn’t a big deal—we enjoyed the time together as a family without having to drive far.

Usually when I go here the workers are really nice and I get in and out quick and my food is nice and hot. Today when I went through the drive thru at around 12am first the lady who was taking my order kept kind of cutting me off but it was okay because I thought they were just trying to get it right which is understandable. Although when I actually pulled up to the drive thru window and she took my payment nothing seemed off but then I saw that in my bag when it was handed to me that there was only one barbecue and one ranch, mind you I got two large meals and a chicken nugget. So I just asked nicely if I was able to get one more ranch and one more barbecue she then started to be really snarky and was saying there was one of each in the bag so I explained nicely that I had a lot of food in my order and just wanted one more of each. She was being super rude and was trying to argue with me and then stated that she needed to charge me for the sauce 50¢ each. Mind you for each meal you are supposed to get two sauces and I got a big order and I was like okay I want one of each and she didn’t even ring up that sauce just took my money and wouldn’t give the sauce without and didn’t actually put it in the system. I didn’t get her name but she was short and stubby kind of, had a butch hair cut and an accent, and she wasn’t wearing the regular uniform but a button up uniform. I’m so glad that I usually don’t run into this person when I go and hopefully I never do again or I won’t be going and no one should have to go through someone being rude at the window just because they are mad that they work in fast food that’s not the customers fault.

There is this guy who takes orders and he's not there everyday but I wish he where. He always gets our order right, has the best attitude I have ever came across in a drive thru, he makes the entire experience amazing. We love going there to see him.
