Bad service, though I think he was frazzled, he came off aggressive. Had to repeat order twice and was still wrong. Then the lettuce on my chicken was brown. It also seemed like he might’ve been being mean to his coworkers from what I heard at the window, but I can’t be sure.

I went to Wendy’s to pick up a DoorDash order. The name on the order was different, but I checked everything and was at the right place. I understand mistakes happen, but the manager was very rude and spoke very rudely , which made me feel uncomfortable. I also saw him being rude to staff. I hope they improve how they treat customers and employees everyone deserves respect.

It's just fast food, but I like this location. They have Coke Freestyle machines with lots of options and the staff is always friendly. The seating area is extensive and no one seems to mind if you hang out for a while. Plus, they have free Wi-Fi!

I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning; the service this evening was HORRIBLE. I place a mobile order the “manager” late on duty couldnt find my order when I was asking him where my refund is since it says it’s at the store and it’s clearly taken out of my account he just got more more aggressive. He was so rude about taking my order at the window because they closed in 20 minutes and they had things they needed to get done.

I tried the pie crust frosty and it tasted like tree bark that was peed on by a drunk raccoon...It was so dry I had to wash it down with a gallon of olive oil...I expect this from a tim Hortons, but come on wendys you can do better...
