The lady at the window was rude and had no customer service. The burger and meal was good. She handed me the Cinnabon pull apart and the frosting was freezing and hard and cold. I got home and the entire thing was cold and was hard as a rock then I tried to microwave it, and it was just terrible and hard.

Order food online got to the restaurant pulled up at 12:29 i was told they was close and we won't charge you that was on 6/5/25 no one will talk to me in that store 😢 stole a costumers money
Drive thru took over 25+ min to get a simple order for my lunch break. They need to speed up the drive through and get employees that actually know how to communicate with customers. This location has lost my business forever. Oh well. Good thing there are other locations in Seattle.

Even though the order was just a Frosty, the ice cream was cold and stiff, unlike some other vendors' shakes that melt before I get home. Employee was courteous and accurate with change.
