If I could put zero stars I would. This is a poor excuse for an establishment and the individuals running it along with the workers should be mortified to say they work here or run it. After our order $65 was wrong 2 separate times I went up and kindly explained. I was first interrupted by the worker I was talking to so he could talk to what seemed to be a friend passing by. I then explained 4 separate times what I ordered and what it was wrong only to have 3 separate employees laugh at the situation. In this case, all of you should quit your day job.

Employees are pretty unhelpful and unfriendly. Prices are terrible and zero value meal items. Friend was double charged off a faulty kiosk. Terrible.

I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. And then I ordered a small frosty
But the touch pad ordered a large frosty. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my frosty..but the frosty was completely melted. And they didn't have any napkins or spoons. What a waste of time and money.

Forces you to place your order yourself on a screen rather than having someone take your order like a normal restaurant. This is a company trying to replace human jobs with computers, eat somewhere else.

Nothing super memorable but I’d like to say that this place was convenient in terms of me wanting to buy cheap and safe food. It was about $9 for a breakfast combo and good enough to satisfy my hunger. I didn’t experience long wait but this was because I got it at 4:30am and there were barely any people there.
Raw chicken meat in the sandwich.
It was so busy at Wendy’s. The self order machine helps so much! And yay! Wendy’s in the air!

Absolute buffoons to allow you to wait 20 minutes in line to put in an order for a frostie on their self service kiosk just for some jerk to come yell your name after waiting an additional 10 minutes and tell you they are all out of frosties. This place died with Dave- I'm completely exhausted of all excuses for this chain to still be around taking up places where good restaurants could exist

How do you get fastfood so wrong? Just put the fries in the bag, and don't forget the sauce.
Horrible customer service. Won't take your order. Makes you use a kiosk. Worst food. My sandwich was literally in the bag, not in a wrapper. They suck.
Could not even order food except for using the kiosk.

This is absolutely pathetic
The food is terrible the patties were black, and the Sprite tasted weird, and after my family finished the meal, we all had stomach pain lasting for a week, and it's happening while I'm writing this review. THIS PLACE IS NOT Excellent, it is horrible! THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I think I might have gotten food poisoning from this burger. FDA SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
Legit just watched an employee use the bathroom and walk out without washing their hands. Wouldn't eat here unless you enjoy getting sick... Bruh. So gross. You gross.
