Nothing super memorable but I’d like to say that this place was convenient in terms of me wanting to buy cheap and safe food. It was about $9 for a breakfast combo and good enough to satisfy my hunger. I didn’t experience long wait but this was because I got it at 4:30am and there were barely any people there.

I'm totally not getting the terrible reviews. We just had breakfast and it was perfect. Our airline only had "healthy" options for purchase on the flight, so we've loaded up on the grease and cards prior to our flight. Food was great (2 egg, cheese, sausage muffins, 1 package breakfast potatoes, 1 orange juice and a large diet coke was about $20)... service was quick and the ladies working the restaurant were pleasant. If you're wanting relatively cheap but tasty eats in the N Gate, this is your place!

If you not serving breakfast TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. How are yall gonna have people PAYING for breakfast on the kiosk, only to turn around and tell em your not serving it. TERRIBLE customer service. Set proper expectations so your not letting your customers down. You kno how stingy and strict yall are with breakfast in the first place. This location has a 2.6 overall. THAT'S a D AT BEST!! DO BETTER!

I have never encountered such unprofessional staff in my life. Not only were all staff very rude, spoke as if we were in a teen age movie, took forever to take orders and spoke in language among each other while at the register. Sloppy and uncoordinated at best. After 15 minutes in line then correcting my order three times, later told me that they don't take cash because they don't have it. I believe he said no cash person. What the heck does that mean? When I stated they should have a sign stating cash orders are unavailable, I was waved away from the register like a nuisance. My mind is blown. Please hire people who want to work. Someone with manners and consideration for customers. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS CHAIN OF WENDY'S.

I ordered a pretzel baconator and got a regular bun baconator. Took back to counter with my receipt. I was told they ran out of pretzel rolls. I told the guy that he should have told me that and discounted me for the lesser cost of a regular bun. He was the manager and he said they cost the same. I know better because I can read and I eat at Wendy's back home. The other issue is they workers have terrible English and I couldn't understand what they were saying. Never coming to this Wendy's again.

Ordered 2x Spicy Chickens with EXTRA cheese, I specified 4 pieces to the cashier, Marwa, who had no clue what she was doing. The order was wrong, and the sandwich maker came up asked for the receipt and tried to take the sandwiches back across the counter, cross contaminating all the other food behind. After taking the receipt, he did not change his gloves or was his hands. The person handing out the orders nearly had a meltdown when I told her the order was wrong, and she took a good 30-45 seconds laying her head down to collect herself over the frustration. It was only afterwards when I saw how many other orders were wrong that I understood. This location is in an airport and as such charges EXTRA for each item and offers no value menu items. The health department violations alone should worry the management or owners alone.

Found hair in my duaghters burger, Ridiculously rude foreigner guys / kids that work here. Tried to order friendly and nicley, gave me tons of odd mean attitude then threw my receipt at me. If I didn't have the family with me I would have said something to him about it.
