Tasty bagels. Solid coffee. Bagel sandwiches are good, wish they would bring back the sprouts as an add-on. Kind of an irritated vibe from the staff.

Good was 10/10 but the person working today was not a happy camper. My friend and I came in around 1:25pm, what we wanted to order was out of stock so we just wanted to look for a second and that really upset the person working. They were rude but the food was good 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tasty hot breakfast sandwiches especially on a cold day.

I rarely give negative feedback but they seemed irritated that I checked in on my order...
For the record I wasn't told it would take awhile but I also learnt it's ok to check in as sometimes mistakes happen. So with 2 kids with me I wanted to make sure everything was coming along 😁

Food is ok but the service is terrible. I ordered a bec classic, the couple ahead of me in line ordered 2 of the same. It was pretty busy so I expected a short wait.

The order for the couple came out in under 15 mins. Then people behind me in line started getting their order. When I asked if mine was coming out and they said "bec take a long time so we needed to start the other short orders" that came in after mine.

You wait in front of the stove the cook and I watched them prepare several other orders before STARTING the next bec. It took another 15 mins for my order to finish.

30 minutes for a bagel sandwich is terrible...get your shit together

Love these bagels, super fluffy and airy while still having some heft. The jalapeño cheddar is their best bagel and my favorite sandwich is the Nova.
Only critique is they don't post the flavors of their seasonal spreads online and you can't call ahead to ask.

Vegetarian options: There is always a seasonal vegan cream cheese of some kid as well as having a good selection of spreads and sandwiches that are veg friendly.

Fantastic unassuming bagel shop! I’m no bagel snob, but this is up there with other favorites I’ve had. Really appreciate the vegetarian carrot lox option. Inventive and delicious. Will certainly be back to try more!

Vegetarian options: They seemed happy to make any changes to their menu. No vegetarian sausage or bacon (which is never really expected) but the carrot lox was crazy good!
