Westward is a local restaurant with a bit of an upscale taste, with smaller plate sizes packed with taste. It's easy to get to although parking here can be a pain, especially since they only have 3 spots and then you have to park on the street. The menu is quite expensive with smaller portion sizes, but each plate is delicious in its own way. With plenty of things on the menu, whether it's appetizers, small or large plates, it's worth getting a few things and sharing....
On the Westward website,& Open Table website - no mention that their regular dining section was closed for the Winter. But we were allowed to make a 8:30 pm reservation! Someone dropped the ball. However, Westward instead has a very good limited menu via called 'Shut Up Bob' for their Winter opening hours using the same facilities as their Spring / Summer dining. It offers only 2 main entries - Blackened Salmon & Blackened Chicken that included sides of lime...
Good service. Very overpriced for the food quality and portion sizes. I would not recommend going to this restaurant over any of the other restaurants nearby it. I’ll say too, as many others have said in their reviews here, I don’t appreciate a **mandatory** 22% service fee. At this point you’re basically advertising your food prices as 22% lower on the menu then they actually are…just add 22% to the sticker price and give 22% to your staff of the total - or are you worried...
