I was so excited to try their food, I love creole food. Its hard to come by in Seattle. I have a friend from there who makes great food and have been to NOLA. That being said, the red beans had no flavor, i can make better red beans as a Midwesterner taught by a southern woman. The Gumbo was mostly rice. The chicken was cooked well and had some flavor but overall disappointing. The Jambalaya had the most flavor but that's not saying much. Wouldn't order from there again.

Great service and food. The staff even brings the food to you. Highly recommended.
If you're tired of the same old thing, this truck is a real serendipity. The sandwiches are anchored by the most fresh and delightful French bread you could ever hope for. I like the Gumbo with a protein add-on. Delicious all around and super friendly folks.

Went to the Cajun Festival . Ordered four shrimp poor boys and beignets . Never got the beignets and when I went back to the truck, they said too bad. Did not make it right. Poor customer service!
This guy and his friends are hackers. They steal information and hack people's phones and will steal your money regarding the comments of other people saying saying that they stole a 20% tip-off their card. This guy is hacking me from all the way across the United states.

Used food truck for a wedding reception - incredible food and service. They coordinated with me for months in advance on the event, we ordered starters that were amazing and guests loved the po boys. Can’t say enough good things about this business.

The sandwich is good but what really upset me is the fact the guy automatically added a 20% tip without consulting me. Like is 20% tip automatically added now and days. The sandwich is already like $16 by itself but come on.
Their Po-Boys, Jambalaya, and Beignets were amazing!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Where Ya At Matt and Krewe are Awesome! The Poboys are the real thing. I am from Louisiana and every bite takes me right back home. These guys also bring the atmosphere of down home hospitality to the PNW. Everyone should give them a try, you won't regret it.

I tried the food truck at Chuck's hop shop. The shrimp Po boy is pretty good, nice French bread and fried shrimp but too saucy with mayo and pickles. I also got the cheesy grits but they're not like what I've had in the South. The beignets were alright but kinda doughy. Overall pretty average for creole food.

Being from the South, I was excited and looking forward to trying the food since he's supposed to be from New Orleans. I waited weeks for an order of disappointment. This was not good! The poboy was cold and soggy. I ordered while standing in line and received it in under a minute. Seems like the food is precooked or they gave me someone's old poboy. I will not be back, and I refuse to recommend this place.
