I was looking forward to this food truck as I have heard amazing reviews about how delicious the food is and especially in PNW, great Southern food is hard to come by. I also heard that the service here is great. My boyfriend and I caught them at No Boat Brewing and decided to bring our fur babies for a nice dinner. We arrived at the truck and sadly, the male worker seemed out of it and just in a apathetic mood, so it was uncomfortable trying to order. They didn't say much or anything about when to get the food. When I did pick up our food, I politely asked if the order was ready and not only do I not get a response or a nod, he just turns around and grabs my order before just giving it to me. No enjoy the food or thank you for ordering, and not even a ghost of a smile.
We got a small shrimp and grits, oyster po boy, and large jambalaya. The oyster po boy was the star of the order as it was delicious and one of the better po boys my boyfriend and I had, but it was also our first time trying an oyster po boy. The shrimp and grits were nothing to really write about and the jambalaya was just meh. Not sure if we came at a bad day but it's super unfortunate as I was really looking forward to this food truck for the longest time but it was the most disappointing Washington food truck that I have had visited.

I checked his schedule to get some jambalaya. It was supposed to be at Latona pub in greenlake. It took me about an hour drive(round trip) but he wasn't there and heard that he is in Greece now 🤔

Sand Point Country Club is a gem. The course is beautiful, the facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. The community here is what really sets it apart—warm, fun, and genuinely special. Highly recommend!
Tried this food truck on a whim and didn’t go in with any expectations, now it is going to be one of my go trucks. The best sandwich and beignets that I have ever had! Incredible flavor and I need the recipe for their house made mayo, 10/10 would recommend!

Ruben sandwich at the clubhouse was outstanding. A bit of a kick to it -- was that a touch of kimchi?
Their gumbo is outstanding. I didn’t even know I liked gumbo. Now I stan.

Shrimp po boy was the closest I’ve had to the real thing since leaving Nola, food in Seattle is sooo bad I hope these guys stick around so I can keep coming. Such a relief to actually enjoy eating something after paying $$$… a rare experience these days
I was so excited to try their food, I love creole food. Its hard to come by in Seattle. I have a friend from there who makes great food and have been to NOLA. That being said, the red beans had no flavor, i can make better red beans as a Midwesterner taught by a southern woman. The Gumbo was mostly rice. The chicken was cooked well and had some flavor but overall disappointing. The Jambalaya had the most flavor but that's not saying much. Wouldn't order from there again.
