The sandwich is good but what really upset me is the fact the guy automatically added a 20% tip without consulting me. Like is 20% tip automatically added now and days. The sandwich is already like $16 by itself but come on.

Love their sandwiches. We catered through Where Ya At Matt for our company lunch. They arrived on time and started to make sandwiches for our employees. Loved the quickness of their service and the beignets are amazing! Would highly recommend going with them again.

It had been many years since I last had the fried chicken po boy here. The last time was when they were at the Occidental Square lunch time food truck offerings. It was delicious every time I had it. With a random craving I stalked the truck and made my way to it. I ordered a fried chicken po boy and small shrimp n grits, for $28 total. Unfortunately this was a complete miss. I had a feeling that going when the truck first opened might be a bad idea as I always worry about getting yesterday's leftovers. 'I'm not sure if that happened but this sandwich was not edible, and nothing like the sandwich I used to love. The chicken was not crispy, in fact, it was soggy, so soggy that I could not eat it. It's like it was fried and then kept in a lidded container where the condensation made it soggy. I took a couple of bites and threw this $15 sandwich away. I absolutely do but feel good about wasting my money. The shrimp and grits were as good as I remembered and I ate it all.

I got the shrimp po'boy and it was worth the trek over to Westlake Park where the food truck is parked on Fridays. The other locations they frequent (as posted on their website) aren't convenient for me so I had been waiting to try their food for a while and I will definitely be revisiting! The shrimp was well-breaded and sizable, and there were a good amount in the sandwich. The sandwich is simple, fresh, and delicious.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Where Ya At Matt and Krewe are Awesome! The Poboys are the real thing. I am from Louisiana and every bite takes me right back home. These guys also bring the atmosphere of down home hospitality to the PNW. Everyone should give them a try, you won't regret it.

Oh no, despite so much love, I did not love most of my food from WYAM! Of course the hype has me doubting myself. It is possible that I just ordered wrong. I ordered the pork po' boy, and though I was told it was shredded pork when I asked, it was in fact chewy slices of pork inside. The slaw was nice, but the pork itself was not pleasant to me. The collared greens--a special--were too sweet, and the shrimp and grits were greasy. The rice and beans tasted okay, so I filled up on those. I did however love the hot and fluffy beignets. Excellent, and not something you find everywhere! I also want to note that WYAM is run well! The line at the truck moved briskly, and that the gentleman taking the orders was both kind and efficient. WYAM also updates and communicates their locations via social media clearly, and that's helpful for a food truck! Don't be discouraged by a line, and give it a try--you might like it better than me.

I tried the food truck at Chuck's hop shop. The shrimp Po boy is pretty good, nice French bread and fried shrimp but too saucy with mayo and pickles. I also got the cheesy grits but they're not like what I've had in the South. The beignets were alright but kinda doughy. Overall pretty average for creole food.

I don't eat meat. I am used to food trucks having the vegetarian consolation prize offering, but the portabello Po'boy at 'Where Ya At Matt' was excellent. Flavorful, perfectly sauced, nice bread- it was not a vegetarian letdown! It was great food!

A very pleasant surprise. The highland Park Corner Store host several excellent food trucks, but this was one of the best! Very organized taking orders and getting the food out. We had the Shrimp Po'boy, Jambalaya, Shrimp and Grits, and pumpkin pie. The shrimp was perfectly breaded and cooked, and the grits were so creamy (something that I have not perfected so it was a treat). We are not experts in Creole flavors but wow, all the flavors were a treat. Excellent!
