White Horse Tavern was oozing atmosphere when I swung by during the week. Dark, intimate, and oddly inviting - the bartender was helpful giving me the lowdown on how things work. The menu isn't huge and the beer I tried wasn't my favorite, but I want to come back to explore more. Neat spot for sure.

If you just want a quiet place to relax, have a scotch, and admire the collection of oddities you can't go wrong here.

What a strange but also cool spot. Worth a visit and to chill for a bit. Did not eat on my visit so can't speak to the food.

White Horse Tavern was a really solid spot. The atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from a classic English pub, and the selection of imported beers didn't disappoint... I appreciate a place that knows its niche and executes it well

It may have a good atmosphere, but it's not for beer drinkers. The barman talked nonsense about the origins of the pale ale on offer, so we decided to try first it was awful. I suspect it was made from Malt liquor.
FYI Kent is south east England and is famous for its hops.
