I always enjoy eating at Wild Ginger. The food was great. I only rated the evening down was that they seemed understaffed and our waiter was very busy

Wonderful food and ambiance, completely ruined by a horrible waiter. No pleasantries. Had to ask for a drink and upon returning, he states “you've had enough time to know what you want?' Not sure whether it was a question or statement. Completely ruined what otherwise would have been a great dinner. Butter chicken, pork kebabs, and beef rib was wonderful.

The food was, as always, absolutely delicious. In our group of three, I am gluten and dairy free, and another is vegetarian. Most of the food is gluten and dairy free and nearly every dish can be vegetarian. It was all so flavorful and freshly made. Each of the three people that served us were extremely friendly and kind. The main server, William B., greeted us with a friendly smile, asked us our names, and proceeded to call us by name throughout the meal. William also asked if we needed to be elsewhere so that we would be certain to leave in time for our theatre event after our meal. Also, the server who brought our meal was very friendly and asked about our day. It was apparent that customer service is a high priority in the team members that Wild Ginger brings on staff. It was a very pleasant experience, and we look forward to our next theatre evening and a return to Wild Ginger for dinner beforehand.

Our experience was fantastic! Our waiter William, he was attentive, informative and personable. The food was as advertised and great (seven flavor beef, butter chicken and sausage chicken fried rice). I would recommend and will return next time in Seattle.

Food was excellent. I downgraded because initial service to table was a little slow and the drink delivery was slow. In total, it was about 25 minutes between being seated and drinks (glass of wine and a beer) served. Will definitely visit again.

I would like to say that I took my wife here for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. Our server William was amazing and made our experience very special. I would give this experience 6 out of 5 stars!

Server did not allocate timing of food. Served way too fast. We advised him at the time of ordering we wanted it spaced out. When confronted he just ignored us. Will probably not return to this property again.

The service was excellent. The food was on the expensive side and I was dissatisfied with the value to quantity of food ratio of my meal. I ordered the sea bass lettuce raps and there was maybe 1 ounce of fish for $32. Outrageous! I also thought the meal was on the spicy side and that was not specified on the menu as other dishes were. The pot stickers and the duck buns were delicious and the green beans were the best we ordered!

Food was tasty but portions small for the price. Our entrees were not served together or in close succession and we had to wait for utensils.

Used to come here all the time. Not in ages. Food is still terrific. Had fragrant duck, lettuce cups with sea bass, and potstickers. All excellent.

This was our second visit and it could not have been more different than first experience. The chicken pad Thai and the Mongolian beef dishes were flavorless. We asked for mild spice but came with none and spices to add yourself on the side. The Mongolian noodle dish was greasy I could not eat it. The butter chicken was good. The chicken and sausage fried rice was good. Enjoyed the stuffed pepper appetizer and the soup with noodles was good.

Seven element soup had way too much chicken and crunchy noodles. Not providing good texture. Passion tofu's eggplants were tasty but tofu was too firm and a bit dry. Seabass cha ca had 8 fish fillet, although very flavorful, the noodles were way too plain with no much of any sauce. Overall was a bit disappointing. Service was good.

Delicious sate skewers to start. A good value if you have four or more people. I chose Thai green curry with chicken . Wonderful eggplant chunks mixed with basil and green curry. It was flavorful without being hot. The duck is a must if you are a duck lover. It's a generous portion with sauce and little buns. Excellent noodle dishes, and the seven-layer beef is a must, as are the pepper scallops. Don't skip dessert, and try a ginger martini

Service was excellent, food was good, but the vegan masala wasn't identified as very hot and it was difficult to eat, so not very enjoyable. Typically our experience there has been much better with food. Bok choy was great as we're the spring rolls.

The food and service were outstanding! We had the skewered mushroom and spring rolls for our appetizers. I had the sea bass over noodles and my wife had the chickpea and cauliflower curry with jasmine white rice and sicshaun green beans. All were delicious and excellently presented! We're going back soon!
