The duck and mongolian noodles were fantastic. José was our server-- he didn't even need to write down our orders, but still got everything perfect. Very impressive and quick. He also recommended the coconut cooler to us. It was good enough to be dessert on its own, but we still tried the chocolate mousse and definitely recommend it. Thank you for the great experience and recommendations Jose! We'll definitely be back.

Just finished eating here and had a lovely time. David provided fantastic service throughout the entire dining experience, and was a pleasure to interact with. Prior to arriving, I’d read great things about the Pad Thai and it certainly did not disappoint! Plus portion sizes are extremely generous. Had to get the rest to-go, and I’m now about to head home with another full meal in the bag. Is it “authentic” Southeast Asian food? Probably not. But it’s great for the American palate. Would definitely recommend!

There was a little waiting because they were having a private event. Eventhough the service was really good, they were really kind and the food was also good.

We were asked if we were ok with sitting in the bar, sure no problem! When we were seated, we were asked what we would like for drinks…and we also ordered an appetizer at this same time. Then about 15 minutes later another guy comes over to try to recommend an appetizer, not knowing we had already ordered with someone else. He took our meal order and we never saw him again. Our appetizer was delivered by another guy. We did receive one refill of water from the first guy that took the appetizer order, but other than that we were forgotten about. No plates were offered with our meals which were referenced as “sharing style meals”. We waited for a long time (felt like 1/2 hour) before we finally went to find someone to ask for a box and our check. The bartender threw them both on our table and walked away. That final experience to our dinner was super rude and did not give us the night out that we had wanted after a long day at the wedding show. With the prices and the atmosphere, we expected for quality in the service, I have had better service at fast food restaurants than we had here. Disappointed!

If you’re here for a business meal or if it’s on someone else’s dime, you might enjoy this place. If you’re here looking for bold flavors or to excite your taste buds, don’t bother.
The service here is great and attentive, but the food was lacking. We ordered the duck, which was highly reviewed. The baos were good - hot and freshly steamed. The duck itself was a fine roast duck, not Peking style though. It was lightly crispy and had an ok amount of meat on it. Be careful with the plum sauce - it’s good but can quickly overpower the bao.
There was no cucumber or hoisin sauce for a texture change.
The green beans had no heat and the flavor didn’t permeate well so it came out blander than I’d want.
The assam prawns came out over cooked, and again, the sauce didn’t permeate the shrimp, but more so coated it.
Cocktails were classic - good amount of booze but nothing very creative.
Finally, dessert was the coconut pandan sago, which was more of a dryer sago clump than a freshly made sago. Flavors were coconut forward and left the pandan missing.
This restaurant tries to fuse too many Asian flavors but ultimately falls flat in them all.

I walked in here “I don’t have a reservation and I’m by myself”. Got sat at the bar which was perfect. Ordered their house Manhattan - perfect. Had the Thai seafood noodle platter - wide whole wheat noodles with prawns, squid and clams. Also perfect. Finished it off with a dirty gin martini. Thank you. Bartender and waiters were super chill and really cool.

We always have a great meal and last night was no exception. The service was outstanding and we loved our waiter. There were seven of us and we all got our drinks at the same time and our meal came quickly. We will be back!

We had very slow service with dishes coming out at different times. We made a 6pm reservation to ensure we had time to attend a 7:30 event next door. My entree just barely came before we had to leave. I was shoveling down my 7 flavor beef with cold rice as everyone else was getting up and putting their coats on to leave. Obviously no time for dessert. We've noticed a degradation over time. This used to be our “Go To” dinner place before symphony events 6-8 times a year, but for the next event we will try someplace else.
Great place for dinner. Good selection, great service, reasonable prices.

I had a pleasant dining experience at Wild Ginger. Despite arriving a bit late, the hostess promptly greeted me and guided me to my table. My server, Daniel, was attentive and ensured that my food arrived promptly, allowing me to attend the concert without any delays. However, the food at Wild Ginger falls short in terms of taste. It lacks the distinctive flavors that make a restaurant truly special. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal before a concert at Benaroya Hall and you're not particularly picky, Wild Ginger could be a suitable choice.
For the main meal we ordered the 7 flavor steak and black pepper scallops and they were delicious. However, we also ordered starters and they were overpriced and not up to normal par. This was our 3rd time to the Wild Ginger. Previous visits were a 5 star experience. We are hoping this was just an off night.
