Fantastic place for gluten free anything - pastries, pies, cakes, bread, noodles. And it's all great tasting too. One less because it's pretty deep into the "pricy" range.

It isn’t easy to find decent vegan/gluten free options usually, but this place was good! What I didn’t enjoy so much was the coffee.

Wow!! This place is amazing! Definite new go-to when I’m in town. The breakfast sandwich was perfect and hearty, and the cinnamon rolls are light instead of the usual dense things you find in gluten free places. Excited to come back and try more!

Amazing gluten-free bakery!

Great cinnamon rolls! I feel bad about not getting one of the lemon bars, in retrospect.

Delicious loaf, muffin and bagel. Will be coming back for the breakfast sandwich

Got 2 breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon roll, 2 loaf cakes, lemon bar, and a rhubarb bar. Everything but the cinnamon roll was delicious. Sitting here mad that I live so far away but willing to make the drive

The gluten free Cinnamon Rolls are unbelievable delicious. As good as Cinnabons or any other fancy brand.

I really like this location and they have great breakfast sandwiches. For the most part many GF options. That said, don't have expectations that the baked items you bought before are going to be available regularly. Countless trips I've made the drive from Puyallup for certain items only to find they don't have regularly.Still a great place and great people if your in the city often.

Went in this morning, and wasn’t greeted at all. The Lady in there gave off really bad vibes to me. Not sure what I did to deserve that kind of disrespect, but it did not sit well. Paid $6 for a Lemon Bar, and $5 for a Coffee. Thought the price was a little steep for what it was. When some regular showed up behind me, she greeted him with a smile and thanked him for coming in and out. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect consistentency in service. If you wish one person well on the way in and out but not for the next then you are showing inconsistency in Customer Service. Not sure why I was treated with such mean spirited behavior.

Got a vanilla latte and a cinnamon roll. I thought the price was steep for the quality/flavor. The person behind the counter was rude when I asked about syrups in my coffee.

Not bad, but definitely not good. Customer experience was a 2/5 and coffee is a 3/5. So I won't be back since there are many other options in Ballard. The cashier was a bit pretentious when asking about syrups for a latte. She said something along the lines of "our coffee is so good it doesn't need syrup." Like glad you have that opinion, but don't make me feel about about my order? (P.s. the black cold brew I got was not great, and definitely the bottom of the ones I've had in Ballard). We also got a cinnamon roll. I knew it would not be the best considering it is gluten-free. While it is a nice substitute for a real cinnamon roll it definitely can't go toe-to-toe with a real one.

I thought I was going to Flying Apron today, but was disappointed to learn that the cafe has been purchased by Wildflour. Only the pastries were the original Flying Apron vegan treats. Every other item for sale had egg, cheese, bacon. Even the breads and pizza dough! So sorry to see Flying Apron go.
