The place was bright and kind of like a diner. Tables were close together. Limited menu. I had porchetta which was a little overcooked and dry and I only had a butter knife to cut it with. It was ok but nothing special.
Our server was INCREDIBLE!! Best server someone could ask for. The only reason I hit 4 stars was because the fire alarm went off sending everyone outside and it seems to be a regular occurrence due to the building design. Bummer for the restaurant staff!
The overall experience of dining here was underwhelming. I made a reservation, yet we were sat in a mostly empty restaurant right next to the door. The lights were flickering or in some cases shutting off in our section of the dining area. The appetizers we sampled were solid, burrata necessitated purchasing focaccia to go with - which seemed like an interesting choice. Then the potato pizza was far from hitting the mark. Burnt bottom that couldn’t be cut through and light on...
