I use to like wingstop but lately the wings are so dry no taste overcooked and oily. They always missed up my order, Always missing something.

I ordered a 10 piece bone in Chicken wings ordered and wanted 1 sauce flavor on the side. Keep in mind I get to choose two flavors for this order. The system does not allow for specific instructions like that so I order naked, then ask for the sauce in the side when I get there. When I got there and explained the situation.l, I was told I had to pay for the sauce. I said this is inconvenient. What happened to customer service? Apparently I need to order them with the sauce I want and then call in to tell the staff or manager to put the sauce on the side. That additional step is not ideal for both parties, specially on a busy weekend. Wingstop you have lost a loyal customer of 13 yrs.

It really bothers me to write bad reviews, I work in customer service and I know it's difficult. But come on, a little effort!! When I entered the store the cashier didn't even greet me, I told her I had an order to pick up and she just brought it to the side of the counter. Not even in front of me, he didn't even tell me it was my order, he was just completely ignored! Not a thank you, nothing at all. She had a face as if she were being tortured... And the food was nothing special, always extremely salty.

I only come to this location because it’s literally down the street from my house, but today’s order was the final straw for me. Literally every time I order, something is wrong and I have to get it fixed. The same thing happened today. Only I was too annoyed and ticked that my order was wrong to even deal with waiting even longer for it to be corrected. I just won’t patronize this location anymore. It’s to a point where the service altogether is simply lazy. I don’t know how they continue to be consistent in lackluster quality in service AND food. I’d go to a different location.

The manager is very lazy, He wouldn’t issue me a refund for my order he made me wait a whole month and still to this day he couldn’t issue me a refund, He was also rude and would just hang up.

I ordered pick up from this location and when I opened it up they had given me moldy ranch! Inexcusable for this to be happening! Very disappointed

Got boneless wings and they hadn’t been cooked all the way through. Crazy to think they could fry boneless wings all the way in a place that’s all they do. Very disappointing

I'm mostly rating the service, we all pretty much know how Wingstop will taste and this location is really no different from the others on food quality. The attention to service at this location is mid at best. I went in to pick up my wings and ask the guy at the counter if my order was ready and he told me they're still working on it. So, I sat down and decided to wait for about 5 more minutes. Then I realized it has been 20 minutes since they said it would be ready from my online order. I asked another employee, and lo and behold my order was ready all along. I don't even think that first guy checked and he decided to just tell me no. Don't take no for an answer here, they're doing the bare minimum.

Our cashier, Sammy, was so so friendly and kind!! They were such a warm presence inviting us in and selling the special to us!!
Plus- I absolutely adore the aviation decor. I am an aviation student :)

I work in food service too but having the whole staff in an open kitchen ignore customers trying to pick up their online orders isn't super great. Had one cashier girl who got stuck on a customer service phone call and there was a line of order pickups, the other 4 kitchen staff ignored us waiting for our online orders. And after literally watching them finish like 6 online orders at once and put them on the shelf and walk away without asking guests if they are picking up I lost respect and patience. I saw my order get finished and proceeded to wait another 5 to 8 minutes until I got fed up and flagged a kitchen worker over to give me my order. It was not busy. Nobody wants cold fries and chicken.
