This place is good since the wings are great but the service is pretty slow. Most workers are nice enough. The atmosphere is good, just music is too loud in some seats. A bit pricey but not terrible. Would recommend if wanting wings.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE! The three times me and my family have came here the staff behind the counter ignore us and walk away from the register. The woman cooking asked us are we ready to order, we replied “Yes.” and she just stood there talking in Spanish to the other cooks laughing. They also act like they don’t understand english when taking our order, I just said forget it and left after the young lady who was supposed to take our order walked off and left the register when we started placing our order. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Get it together Westwood Village Wing Stop staff!

The manager tried to overcharge me 3 times. Every time I corrected him he changed the price and went down just a little bit. I don’t know if he puts the money in his pocket or what but it upsets me so much that I can’t go back to this wingstop because I really like wingstop.
I’m really sad because I’ve been going to this location a lot of times and it’s always been good but yesterday me and my friends got food poisoning at the point we had to go to the hospital I don’t if we can get any type of compensation but I do know it’s that they have to be careful with the food they
