First class service you cannot beat. Great food, fresh clean very welcoming atmosphere. By far the best place you eat or dine in around in the city. It feels like home really. All goes to the excellent team and management ?

Worker named Allen was rude and tricked me into paying for a 20oz cup by giving me a water cup and telling me i can use it for whatever. When i told him “i think im ready” he responded with “you think? Or you know?” This guy Allen was rude from the very first look he gave me. If you don’t give me an opportunity to earn your respect then you deserve none of mine, and you certainly don’t deserve my business.
The main thing i take issue with is that he tried to get me to pay for two meals claiming that the order didn’t go through when i was, in fact, charged and the order was sent to the kitchen. He also tried to get me to give him my receipt back, but couldn’t articulate what he needed to use it for when i asked. Another worker overheard and used the POS for a few moments, then handed me a receipt to “prove” the payment never went through, when really it showed that he just voided the transaction. I suspect the scheme is to get people to pay for employee meals or food for the friends of employees. The food came while we were discussing the problem he and was probably upset that i caught him in a lie because he just gave up and said “whatever, man, eat your chicken”. Other reviews I’ve read mention how they scam people in other ways.

The management at this location is horrible. They screwed up my order multiple times as well as over charging me twice, the first time I let it go and the second time I made a complain and was told I would get a free fry the next time I came in, I went in a couple weeks later and they made a huge deal when I told them about the fry saying that they can’t void the order because it was made into a combo, just like the last time when I was owed about $3. I’ve worked with POS systems I know you can void an order and place a new one idk why they make a huge deal. As well as the fact that the workers are always goofing around probably why they constantly get orders wrong.

The cashier has ZERO customer service skills. He greeted me, asked me what I wanted, and then when I started to speak he cut me off to ask for my name. Wasn’t impressed with how impersonal the service was, which sucks because the food is great.

A small Wingstop restaurant on Aurora N Seattle was a reasonably priced fast food in town. Allen was a wonderful personable staff I found who may raise the bar for service traditionally seen in fast food restaurants. Excellent!
Ranch is extra, you have to remember to order it because they don't ask and you have to ask for utensils. They act bothered when you ask for things. Atmosphere is so/so. It's off 99 so it's a mix of people.

Delicious fries. That ended my hunger quicker than other burger joints. Cashier Allen was a very pleasant man to talk with. I definitely look forward to come back again at this specific spot.And they got my fries ready in less than 6 minutes.
