I had a great experience when I went to Wingstop. It was after a cool concert, and my friends and I wanted some grub. I voted for Taco Bell, and surprisingly I think this would have been easier on my stomach. I woke up the next morning with the immediate feeling that something was wrong. Quickly, I made my way to the bathroom. Boy oh boy was I in for an interesting morning.

For context, I take pride in my iron stomach. My friends who were not blessed with this gift have complained to me of their gastrointestinal events in the past, and I was always able to take comfort in the fact that I was not a victim of this endemic. However, that morning as I sat atop the porcelain throne, fire rained down. I turned my cell phone onto low power mode, knowing I was in for the long haul. Every time I thought I could escape, another bite of that chicken sandwich decided to punish me.

I spent the rest of the morning writhing in pain and regretting my choices. However, I had barely scratched the surface of the torment I was in for. During my next two trials by fire, thunder came from both ends. Having not eaten all day, the vomiting eventually turned to dry heaving.

I found myself powerless against the decisions made by a younger me. A more innocent, untainted, and healthy version of myself that I’ve now grown to resent. As I write this now i know not what the future holds. Only that the past may continue to ruin me. I urge you. Nay, I beg you. Do not eat at this Wingstop. Listen to your friends and go to Taco Bell. The moment I escape from this endless cycle of pain and regret, I will not rest. I will not sleep. Not until Wingstop falls.

Edit: Wingstop did NOT respond to my emails. This is the worst company of all time because they have shown how little they care about their loyal customers. Prepare, Wingstop. You haven't seen the last of me.

I was informed by my delivery driver that the location made them fill my soft drink. My driver doesn’t have a food handlers certification card so this is a health code violation. My driver also said that all wingstop locations make them fill he drinks

Went in with my son to place an order for six to go. When we went in the guy with glasses and ugly blond hair did not greet or anything. Looking down at the register saying: Ordering? Ordering? As he was rude neither me nor my son answered. Then he said Name? Name? I said why do you need the name? Thinking we are the only customers in the store literally. He said how about I call you # 1. I said OK. Then the worker with him asked me if I speak Spanish, but I did not take it negative from as she sensed the tension and she is trying to ease things. I kind of understood that this must not be the first time this guy is rude. Then I said why are you coming strong like that? I did not want to say rude. He said because I am the BOSS. I said BOSS yourself. My kid was with me I could not say the other word. Then we just left and ordered from the one at the university.

What happened to good customer service. Hello my I help you? Can I get your order? Then after the order may I have your name for the order?.

That is all I expect just the bear minimum.

I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Alan! He was incredibly welcoming and polite from the moment I walked in. You can really tell he cares about the customers — he took the time to help me find the perfect flavor and made sure everything tasted just right. His hospitality and attitude were outstanding. Alan truly makes the place feel friendly and inviting. Highly recommend stopping by if he’s working!

Maria i asked to help me out with another ranch cause I was picking up an order and the person had only charged for one ranch but they wanted two instead of being kind and helping me on my first uber eats order she was hella rude and salty want salty go there want customer satisfaction go somewhere else..

I'm a Boneless Wings fan and Wingstop has the best Chicken to Bread ratio of anyplace ever... In the greater Seattle area. I like to taste my Chicken... Not the bread. Most of their flavors are great... BBQ and Garlic Parm are my favorites.

This is the only location we go to. Great place Alfonso the manager is great. He's crew is always welcoming. If you have a problem with order they'll correct it without any hesitation.
