The wings were over cooked. Not very much sauce. Then to top it off the lady who took our order was extremely rude. We even over heard her make a comment “ that all customers were dumb” it was extremely disgusting. It fit her attitude. And I was very offended. I paid 47$ for some horribly over cooked winged bad service and some slushy drinks that were claimed to be double shots but watched the server put one shot in our drinks. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE GO THERE AGAIN. Every place we went besides there around the space needle was very good. Crappy food I can deal with but bad food and bad service. Not right.
I visited Seattle over the weekend from canada and was so excited to try Wingstop, but imo it’s not worth it 😭😭 we ordered the lemon pepper, mango habanero, and hot honey. My favourite out of the 3 was the lemon pepper. The mango habanero was on the spicier side and the hot honey didn’t have a good flavour. The wings didn’t have a strong flavour and was expensive. The ranch also was not worth the hype either. The place was not really clean and the washroom was dirty. Service was fast though and we got our food quickly!
My fiancé and I have been coming here to get our favorite wing stop meal (so good!) …Staff here are always welcoming and friendly most especially Jonathan. He always has such welcoming smile! ..Thank you!
I ate lunch here on vacation while I was visiting the Space Needle. I got my normal Wingstop order that I normally get at my local Wingstop, and it tasted and seemed like normal. Except about 30 mins to an hour later, I got super sick with diarrhea.
Highly recommend, great wings, fantastic service
Took really long. The chicken sandwich was more like a greasy chicken pancake. The food is way too greasy, and the fry's too salty!!!!

I have only ever picked up food here, but my spouse and I come here about once a week. The fries are really good, they have great meal deals, and the staff is always kind, professional, and helpful. Good customer service.

If you want to do anything aside from ordering in person good luck. Don’t bother trusting the phone ordering. It says you’re all good but the wing stop will have never heard of it. Also if you order pick up via door dash it’s more expensive. Stupid
My friends and I (visiting from Canada) had the most wholesome experience thanks to Sebastian.
So, we only had cash (in a non-cash restaurant), and our Canadian cards weren't working. My friend tried with his American bank card, but then his bank blocked him when he tried to pay for his own meal.
Sebastian, the absolute MVP staff, was so patient with us through it all. He gave helpful suggestions, didn't rush us, and kept the vibe super chill. Then, while we were eating, he kept checking in on us like we were at some fancy restaurant instead of a fast-food place. Honestly, where do you find this level of kindness these days?
Sebastian, you turned a potentially stressful situation into a memorable one, and we're so grateful. Wingstop, you've got a gem on your hands. Will 100% come back for the wings AND the hospitality!
Fries are just tossed in the bag, you will have to scavenge them back to your plate after going home

We came in at 9 pm, there was only one person on register. She stood there staring at the customers taking their time deciding on flavors while a line of online order pick ups began to pile up. Another girl was busy mopping the floor instead of helping FOH get these orders out. We ordered one blue cheese and one honey mustard and we literally recieved 10 ranch and neither of the other. We ordered 15 Louisiana rub and 10 korean bbq, recieved 10 louisiana rub and 5 bbq. When we were ready to go we needed a bag, we stood at the counter whole all the workers were huddled in the kitchen talking. The worst management I have witnessed in a long time, if there was any.
