There is an incredibly nice guy who works the front of house often and he always makes me night! I enjoy my meals when I pickup but if you order delivery you have a high chance of poorly made fried that taste like bottom of the grill.

I went to & ordered the 3piece chicken tenders. It was a joke . It wasn't even 3 full pieces. The pieces were the size of the left over small pieces you get when you buy a bag if frozen chicken. Would have been better off going to Safeway & buying a bag of Tyson chicken tenders. There were more fries than chicken. I thought it was Wing stop. Not potatoes or French fry shop. Wow what a rip off for$ 14.00. Never go there again.

Ordered for delivery and it “got stolen” twice literally back to back orders. Employees are not checking who is picking up orders so if you’re not dining in I really recommend you try something else. Not worth the hassle of having them call to confirm either, they’re super unhelpful.

The food is great but the service is horrible from the younger employees. Regular issues with ordering online & when I inquired about it the biracial guy shrugged his shoulders with a dead stare. I asked if anyone else had any issues with ordering online.. same response. Don’t come to work with an attitude or handle customers with an attitude. I’ve never had an issue with this location.. everyone else has been great but I didn’t appreciate the “service” I got today.

So nice to have some chain options in downtown Seattle…tasty chicken, great service, and a clean restaurant all around.

Gotta give these guys credit. Service was great. (Dude was on the ball and friendly). The wings were nice and crispy. Fries were hot and not greasy. They even buss your table.

Visited for a night of lazy dinner, got the Parmesan, garlic, wings, and Cajun wings. Also got a side of fries, David was great at handling our order, and food was also tasty. Good place for some quick lunch or dinner.

Horrible!! This place gave me food poisoning! Ordered on Sunday 2/4, and fell extremely ill a few hours after. Order # 24474715266285570 20 piece boneless wing combo w/blue cheese and ranch

Food was pretty good, other than giving my wife the wrong flavor wings. My main gripe I have is the rudeness of the staff. Rolling their eyes, giving long exasperated sighs, and looking at me and my wife like we're idiots because we've never ordered from a wing stop before. Quality of the food is the only thing stopping this from being a 1. I'm never going back to this location, and I suggest you steer clear also

Guy at the counter was very rude/ dismissive, didn't even speak to me, but painfully rude to the two people following me. Didn't like that at all.

Usually this place is on top of it but for some reason when I went in to grab my order I walked in to no welcome and no one behind the counter or kitchen but a worker cleaning in front of the counter and lobby he did see me but decided to choose to be passive aggressive and rude for absolutely no reason of my own. I stood at the counter and patiently waited because I understand that people can be busy or maybe what he was doing was time sensitive definitely no big deal. But it was not busy there was only me and another customer already sat down eating in the restaurant. And from the look of it he was wiping the walls with a dry rag and no sanitizer bucket in sight. He eventually he came up giving me a side eye while walking by me and asked in a passive aggressive way “are you waiting for something or what?” I said I have an online order and said the name attached and he took the bag and kinda half threw it on the counter and half slammed my cup on the counter next to it to where it fell over. While I was filling my cup another gentleman walked up to order and I’m assuming he felt the same vibe as me and said something along the lines of “is there an issue?” Seeming like he was being snooty with him as well then I overheard the clerk say that he is irritated, stressed, and tired witch I understand as someone in the food industry as well and I understand mental health is a tricky mistress. But I don’t feel it’s necessary to make everyone around you have a uncomfortable and unpleasant experience even for the few seconds or minute you interact with them. My food was better than usual witch I appreciate but I’ve never had this bad of an experience with the front of house workers. There was no name tag for this worker but he is on the younger side and have a slight lisp. I hope that he does better in the future or finds a better fitting job with his issues or personality. I wish him the best but I know I didn’t deserve that and I know the gentleman after me didn’t either.
