I tried the Qishan Pork Biang Noodles. The pork was delicious—really well-marinated and flavorful. But the noodles themselves were a bit underwhelming and lacked depth. I did ask for low spiciness (they give you that option), so that might have affected the overall flavor. Still, I feel like even with less spice, the dish shouldn’t lose its character or impact.

The bathroom was very clean. There was fast service and the food was very flavorful! The noodles are uniquely good. The vegetarian selection was hard to find but what they had was good. Last I liked how much you are able to edit the food to your liking.

I really had high hopes for this place! I saw a lot of good reviews and people on Instagram advertising this place but it’s not as great as it was made out to be.
First off we ordered our food and said to the staff we had someone with a severe peanut allergy at the table and would like no seasonings/spices with peanuts in it. They brought the kebobs with peanuts on them to the table and thankfully we saw before they had been eaten.
The kebobs after the staff brought the correct ones back were extremely dry and stale. We got the lamb kebobs and chicken gizzards.
The portions are really small as well.
The prices are not too bad but again the portions are small.
The food also took a while to come out.
There’s really nothing super special about this place and the food overall was average at best.

I think you guys have the wrong group, I did not visit months ago, I visited 07/19/2025 But I am sad to see that apparently I am not the only one that has had a problem with you serving tables peanuts that have asked to not be served peanuts because of a severe allergy. We did not have a child in our group, we had 3 adults and sat in the middle of the restaurant not by any entrance. Your restaurant clearly has an issue abiding by allergy requests. Now I will take it all to a one star

Amazing biang noodles, just get the hot oil spread noodles and lose yourself in the simple spicy savory chewy joy. Also the fish tofu skewers are bomb.

The hand pulled noodles that I had with cumin lamb was just nothing like what I had the first time 1 and half years back. The noodles wasn’t even cooked and there was hardly any meat and the flavor was just awful. Seems like people go there trusting the same experience from years back. Perhaps chef changed and it was really sad. Even noodles from grocery stores taste a lot better than the garbage we got. Makes you never want to eat out again.

Very small portion of food served for the high price they charge. Not authentic flavor, more like americanize Chinese fast food for the students. More importantly, lack of customer service on top.
Any food court from Richmond is better than this place. Will not be back.
The tomato and egg noodle dish was amazing! We liked the simple ordering kiosk at the door, food arrived quickly, and water was readily available. Also a big shoutout to the cleanliness and design of the restroom, quite nice. Would return for sure.

ate here for 4 yrs throughout my undergrad, the noodle that’ll make me come back to seattle for, absolutely god send, they even made me a birthday cake and sang for me one time it was so cute (yes i went there for my 24th bday dinner that’s how much i love this place), even better than those i’ve had in china, insane
