Great. Service is a bit weird on how they deliver everything when it comes and have no idea what your table is, but the lamb noodles and beef noodles are great if you are looking for a xians famous food style noodle.

They charge an automatic $1 tip additional to whatever you tip. Even if you leave no tip they charge you tip. Very scammy

Really love the food. Shame I ordered & waited 30 minutes and saw people who walked in much later than I served.Food slaps tho. Won’t be back

Noodles are amazing and SUCH a good price. Got the spicy cumin lamb hand ripped noodles in soup and they were unreal. Cannot wait to go

Pretty disappointed with dinner at this place. As an Xian restaurant, the chili oil is the key. The oil should be fragrant with a touch of spice. The oil here did not cut it.Their glass noodle soups did not have enough flavor. Their lamb soup did not have any lamb flavor at all. The skewers were at least their saving grace. I won't be returning

We came in late and they started sweeping while we were eating. But the food was amazing! Would eat here again, but not so close to closing time.

I really like this place for its Beef Biang Noodles. There pretty decently spicy, and have the usual chewy noodles your expect. I usually get the one without soup. They also have some decent spicy wontons. Beyond those two, I think their other stuff is pretty okay (I had the pot stickers before, and they were okay). You can allay get milk tea and smoothies here, but I don't think they're known for them. I did like my Honeydew Smoothie here, though. Overall, I do recommend checking it out, if you're in the area.

Great spot for a quick bite found central in the U District. Fountains of flavor, splashes of spice, and plentiful portion sizes!

As a noodle lover I’ve been coming here over the years and every time I have never been disappointed. Compared to other hand pulled noodle places I still prefer Xi’an Noodles for the consistency and value. Even the little things such as the bean sprouts contribute to the perfect bite. The flavor is amazing and after first bite you will be in love. I recommend trying the noodle soup first before the dry version to get the best experience.
