The lamb soup is a highlight, with a good amount of lamb for the price, but be warned that it's very spicy, so be sure to ask for a glass of water. The marinated pork noodle soup is delicious, and the Beef Dry Noodles with Vegetables is another popular option. The ordering process is unique, as customers use a touchscreen display to customize their orders. Note that the restaurant closes at 7pm, and mall security will escort customers out at that time. The food is super great, but takeaway soup packaging can be unreliable. Despite some limitations, Xi'an Noodles is a decent option for a quick meal in a clean atmosphere.
