I wish we had gotten our server’s name because he was the best! We came here from out of town & the server kindly allowed us to come inside ten minutes before opening. When we got inside, he explained and recommended different items from the menu. He also went further and explained the culture behind some of the food. It was a very welcoming and delicious experience. Highly recommend to anyone living or visiting in the area! I tried the mussel and scallops because we don’t have much seafood choices in Arizona!

We did not reserve a table and walked in, we ask to be sat in the back row but that turned out to be a mistake because the servers were clearly really busy and occupied so they could not see us most of the time. the atmosphere is good and the food is mostly fine except the shrimp, that is too expensive and it is pretty dry. Everything else is good

Food is good but feels cheap for the price you pay. Serivce is good and the atmosphere of the place is unique.

If you want the experience and the feel then this is a good place.

I didn't have Bò Né, a dish many people like. I had Bún Bò Hue which was alright, can't say it's traditional
There was neither lemon grass flavor nor taste, the lack of lemon grass and shrimp paste flavor ruined the broth. The beef and beef rib were well marinated and tasty. I asked for extra shrimp paste but they don't have it, so they must not have used it in the broth, you know it and you know it. I tasted the Pho broth and it was alright. These must not be their specialty and I would stay away from any Vietnamese dishes that require making broth. Other than this the food is decent and fresh.

I stumbled onto this restaurant while in the area, I knew of the restaurant before Xom took over. I love the decor, it's very comfortable and cozy. The lighting is GREAT. The food: I was rather impressed by the dishes on the menu. As a vietnamese-american, there were some dishes I hadn't seen in other places, like the rau muong, which is definitely a comfort food/home dish. It was very tasty. My party of 3 ordered more with our eyes, surprisingly we did finish most of it. I especially loved the garlic seafood & salted egg yolk calamari appetizers. Our mains were also very delicious. 5/5 I will definitely be back!

We had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant. It closes at 9 PM, and we arrived at 8:17 PM. As soon as we walked in, we felt rushed to place our order. By 8:25 PM, I ordered a Coca-Cola, but was informed that I couldn't order anything else after that time. Meanwhile, the staff began cleaning up in preparation for closing by 9 PM. This made us feel unwelcome and stressed. As a result, we won't be returning to this restaurant nor recommending it to others.

The food was Ok and the ambience was nice (in Chophouse Row). I had the ban hoi platter which had lots of food to be shared btw 2 people. The grilled beef was dry and grisly and fresh spring rolls had no flavor even with pork. Service was average. Not sure I’ll go back.

We went to Xom as a family about 30 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the staff warmly welcomed us and promptly showed us to a table. The food portions were generous—enough to share between 2–3 people. Their drinks were also a highlight! The food was well-seasoned and flavorful. The open kitchen is also a nice touch.

Planned a birthday surprise at the restaurant and the staff were all very helpful in making it work! The vibes were chill, food was unique, and the drinks were delicious! The staff/owner ended up giving us a few free desserts for the birthday celebration, which was a nice treat. Would be back again to try out their other dishes.
