Food tastes good but some of the ingredients in the pho (meatballs and bean sprouts) are spoiled

The vegan lemongrass soup is the best you can get in the city. It’s herbaceous, flavorful, perfectly savory, and healing all at the same time! The tofu is perfectly crispy and the veggies have life in them unlike most vegan pho-like soups that nuke them into mushy oblivion. The service and vibe are always impeccable as well. If this Xom were in my neighborhood I’d be eating here multiple times per week!

Vibey restaurant. The food is great, not excellent but hits the spot regardless when you're craving some Viet food. They also have some more exotic Viet seafood dishes that you can't really find in other restaurants. I was born in Vietnam myself so me saying the food is not excellent may just be overly criticizing it, try it for yourself! One of the rare Viet places close to downtown Seattle/Cap Hill area that has broken rice dishes so that's definitely a big plus.

It’s a lovely little restaurant and the food was incredible. Really appreciate the menu denoting what was gluten free. Friendly service, too. 10/10 recommend

Traveled to Seattle for the first time and went to Xom for dinner on our first day. It was on the weekend so they were busy. We ordered grilled cheese oyster and the oyster was cold still, only the cheese on top was hot. Then we ordered pho and the broth was not even hot. It was just warm, so the raw beef couldn’t cook all the way in my bowl. The flavor was good overall, I guess just need to not rush dishes out so it gets cooked all the way.

Not very distinctly Vietnamese. The cuttlefish was the highlight, but it could have used more sauce (or an additional sauce). The pho broth basically tasted like chicken soup. Plenty of salt, but no depth of flavor. Prawns were overcooked.

I couldn’t recommend most of the food, but service was extremely nice and accommodating, and the atmosphere was cool.

Undisclosed 20% service charge not written in menu or elsewhere in the restaurant. Staff gave attitude when asked to remove it.

Edit: what a high and mighty response from someone who refuses to pay their staff a livable wage, this place is an embarrassment.
